Cons: Breakfast, lunch,dinner. Everyday in buffet. Have no choice. Because all restaurants fully booked in 3 days. When I walked in the room. The room wasnt ready. No drink . No napkin. No sleeper. No soap. Safety box not working. I called more than 10 times. No one answer the phone. Finally someone answered. N have to wait almost a hour to bring everything n fix the box. N mostly areas no waiter come to serve you. Everything have help yourself.. this is my first all inclusive resort like that. This is first time n is my last time too. I think some people gave them 4 or more stars. All those people is first time go a all inclusive resort. Doesnt know anything.

The staff and the food were excellent. I think the hotel administration can do better when it comes to the Air condition

Pros: Food was excellent and staff was very friendly.

Cons: The Air conditioner was a problem. The lobby area was extremely hot and the fans were barely working which made it very uncomfortable. The AC in the room barely worked, the AC in the main restaurant did not work Properly which made eating uncomfortable.

Overall, the place is good with potential to be great, worth a visit.

Pros: For the value, the place is great. The food, beverages, beach and pool options are excellent. The accommodations are good, bed could be more comfortable. The a la carte restaurant, especially the Brazilian, was excellent.

Cons: Areas of improvement, more staff in the buffet restaurant and more entertainment options. The availability of core items like plates and cups was short on two out of the four days there. The staff could not keep up with attending to guests during peak times. The entertainment options all throughout the day was a bit weak in comparison to other resorts.

Pros: Great staff! Beautiful beach, great buffet and Brazilian Restaurant.

Cons: Lights went out twice, ceiling fun and fridge were not working, but were fixed right away. We dis not like the food in the French nor seafood restaurants. We loved the International buffet. More Dominican dishes are needed in the this restaurant.
