2 star hotel mentioned as a 4 star hotel

Pros: Like the location, staff was good and cooperative.

Cons: It is not at all a 4 star hotel, not even a three star hotel, there were no facilities like coffee,tea, iron, etc in the room for the guests. The room wall papers were teared off n ceilings had patches of paint coming out. I realized that they gave me a room under renovation. The toilet had water leakage n even I asked they didn't fixed it n didn't change the room. Really bad experience at this hotel. Indeed location and staff was good. The breakfast was really of poor quality
