Cons: The reception staff could be more helpful in trying to accommodate Late departures and cleaning the room could have been more thorough plus the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor

Bad holiday

Pros: Location, weather

Cons: Food is really bad: cold rice, stinky fish, burned pizza, omelets and steamed tomatoes for dinner, plastic in rice, etc. Room keys never worked, bed was broken, shower is always hot or cold, animation was very sad.

Enjoyable holiday went out to good local restaurants some evenings although dinner was included

Pros: Location overlooking Atlantic great wide balcony stunning views comfortable seating throughout friendly staff .

Cons: The restaurant food : starters great wonderful salads etc. desserts good but main course disappointing meats tough fish overcooked . Hit and miss most evenings .

Holiday

Pros: Family of 4...2 adults & 10 yr old & 1 yr old Check in was quick flight was delayed so we were tired & wanted to rest as it was late at night. Room was spotless clean & lovely bottle of wine & fruit was gifted .Bathroon was nice size & the shower was huge. Cleaning Ladies are lovely & kind & always left our room lovely & clean. I opted for bed & breakfast but I didn't eat breakfast on most days but staff very nice in giving me a voucher for lunch which I really enjoyed. Loved the pool & the splash area for the kids. & the colouring /tv rooms by the pool, Everything for toddlers & big kids. Entertainment could be better, we loved the Mini disco for the kids. Conor is fantastic asset to the animation team( he deserves a payrise) Karaoke with Conor was brilliant but pity it finishes early as the bar opens late & guests just quickly leave when it's finished. Loved bingo by the pool & Aqua once again with Conor...I think Conors personality & vibe brings guests back to the hotel as he leaves such a great impression & buzz that u will engage In all activities that he puts on Got some great photographs of my kids by Caoimhin the hotel photographer, he was so lovely to us all & so patient with our baby daughter. We have some beautiful memories captured by him, all the photography team are very nice. It was our 1st time here, and it won't be our last.

Cons: The ants in our room. Had to keep babys milk & food sealed tightly The lifts broke a few times not ideal when u have a baby & pram in tow

Pros: The pool area was excellent. It got a deep clean every morning. The bins were emptied a few times each day. Excellent supply of clean sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

Cons: The location is extremely hilly, so not really suitable for people with any mobility issues.

Pros: Perfect hotel for family, nice staff, beautiful view, good location.

Cons: The inside door in the room was too old and makes noise by opening and closing, every time i was afraid my little kid be awake because of the noise of door.

Oversized with no benefits for couples

Pros: The views and the Spa

Cons: Rooms are not cleaned to a good standard. None of the required requests were given throughout no double bed for a couple or a mattress container. No early or late check out.at a cost. Very large hotel lots of guests impersonal. You need to use lifts everywhere to get around as on hill top always long waiting times or broken.
