Cons: Where to start? No wi-fi working the day I arrived and is a necessity for me as I work also remotely. I had to find out by myself as no one at the front desk informed of the disservice nor there was any written information. Apparently it was a known fact as the cable/internet provider was coming in the next day to fix it. Room extremely noisy! I could hear every single steps and movement made by the guest who stayed just above my room. Word of advice? Book and request a room on a higher floor. Stained bathroom towels!! the first batch provided and that came with the room were ALL full of stains! They have been washed no doubt, but perhaps they should replace them with new ones?! I ask for clean ones to the cleaning lady (who spoke broken English) and she gave me another batch and there was only one out of four, that had no visible stains...terrible! Reception left unattended and there was no way to contact someone in case of need. No message left at the reception, no bell to ring, and one day they even forgot the cell phone on the desk, to which it rings their phone line. No way to know where the person was or if he/she was nearby. I ended up waiting with another guest for someone to finally show up .

Cons: The staff was unfriendly. Also, the female manager at the front desk had her suv parked inside the courtyard. We had to climb THROUGH trees and bushes to actually get to our room. She was very rude about it when we questioned why she parked there.

It was wonderful, happy with our choice.

Pros: Location was great. Within walking distance of the beach, tons of restaurants and stores. Staff was always kind and helpful.

Cons: Could have used more lighting in the room. Some kind of shelf or counter in the bathroom. Sink didnt have any counter space. Pillows were too thick for me. Everything else was great. Advertised food/snacks but didnt have any.
