Comfortable hotel with old school charm and perks.

Pros: We enjoyed the beds, the chairs, the kids really liked the pool. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Cons: The bathroom drain plug was broken so my son couldn't take a bath after swimming. There were a few areas that weren't cleaned well.

Pros: The property was clean. Our room in particular was spotless. The staff was polite, courteous and professional. I had asked for an early check in and the staff was very accommodating to this request. Overall this was a very good hotel for the money.

Cons: There wasnt anything in the room that spoke to what things were available at the hotel, the hours for the restaurants, the pool, etc. nor was there any information as to what was available in the area for restaurants, shopping, entertainment. This type of information is helpful for those staying at the hotel.

Pros: After driving 4hours to arrive at 9pm to chek in they refuse to give me the room for my family because i didn't have a real credit card for deposit did not offer anything else then the answer no i had a family with me with no other hotel they could of did a exception other hotels took me in with a cash deposit to be refunded after the stay only a heartless human says no to a family never again will i go here i had been there before with my wife only i choose the hotel because i went before guess time changes things.

Good option for hockey tournaments. Great location. Cozy but outdated.

Pros: We went for a hockey tournament and even if there was several teams in the hotel, the hallways were quiet. Lots of meeting rooms for kids and parents to gather without bothering other guests. Cozy place. Staff was chill. The kids had fun in the pool. It's an older place, but still clean.

Cons: Bathroom was very small and outdated. Carpet in the room was stained. Restaurant was good, but it took 2 hours to get our food, because of a computer problem. The place also seemed short staffed for a Saturday night.
