Pros: That it was an apartment with separate bedrooms. Quiet.

Cons: Washer and dryer did not work. Booked this location with having washer and dryer and I was unable to do laundry while we were there. Also got charged a deposit to hold while we were there. I am still waiting for that refund.

Pros: The place was very clean, with complete household items including a washing machine. The location is superb, easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The place is good for a family of four, highly recommended.

Pros: The Stewart was perfectly located for what I needed. They were also very kind to look after my bags before I could check in. Communication was really good and prompt with clear instructions on how to get there and what to do. The room was a very nice size and had everything I needed from a lovely hot shower and comfy bed.

Pros: Great and quiet location, decent amount of space

Cons: The email with the code for the main door (locked at night) didn't arrive until after we were home again. It was fortunate that we met another group of guests who were coming in at the same time as us.

Pros: Location close to everything

Cons: General cleanliness definitely lacking. Dust everywhere; tips of cupboards, lampshade, behind tv and bathroom vent/fan. Microwave never been cleaned inside. Bed too small for two adults and couch bed mattress was horrifying with amount of stains on it. We requested new bedding right away and mentioned the mattress. Other issues we discovered during our stay. Became too many problems to try and resolve.

Great stay in the heart of Edinburgh

Pros: The location was great, in the heart of Edinburgh. The room was spacious and with an AC and a bath tub, which was great. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Cons: It was little bit dirty here and there (bathroom for example). The staff did not come to help even thought they were prsenet and we were obviously having troubles making the check in.
