    Very Good

    Overall good location, price and comfort. Front entrance needs improvement.

    Pros: Staff was great.
    Cons: Main entrance from the street was dark and we didnt know if we were in the right area. Just inside is an elevator and stairs. When we walked up the stairs, there was a homeless person sleeping on the stairway. Lights and signage would have been helpful.

    very disappointing because the expectations were very high

    Pros: good location
    Cons: Breakfast is the most disappointing, it looks impressive in the pictures, all you get is cold boiled eggs, and that's if there's a couple of ham and cheese. As soon as you entered the building, you were greeted by a dirty corridor, it was uncomfortable to see homeless people sleeping in the evening, because the hotel is on the fourth floor. Very noisy place and there is no ventilation in the toilet.

    Dirty and dangerous entrance.

    Pros: Room is ok. Staff is absolutely fantastic, both concierge and lady preparing breakfast were super helpful and nice. Location is great.
    Cons: The hotel is located on fourth floor of a building. The building entrance as well as the staircase to access the building is extremely dirty and there is an homeless person sleeping on the staircase. The hotel is too expensive for the offer.

    Fantastic stay, good location. Just poor entrance to hotel.

    Pros: Such a shame as lovely hotel, staff, room and breakfast. Shame about the entrance to the hotel. Very run down and shabby.
