Pros: Only location was good.

Cons: Room was too small. Room had 2 single beds even for couples and beds were very uncomfortable. Smell in room. Heater knob was broken and it was not controllable. Hotel had only 1 shared washroom for entire 2 floors. Bathrooms were too small to even fit in it. No value for money. Stay away from this hotel.

Overall I would recommend it!

A dreadful experience will never return

Cons: Stay was ruined by drunk guests next to my room who arrived noisily at 04:07 and continued to be disruptive until they left after 09:00. Did not sleep at all. Inintial intervention by staff after I phoned helped but there were continual disruptions every few minutes for 5 hours with noisy toilet visits with sounds of violent throwing up. I phoned a second time and sent three emails throughout the night saying I wanted a refund. In the morning the new staff had minimal awareness of the disruptions the night before. I asked if the noisy guests had lost their deposit for breaking house rules and it seems not. I asked for a refund and was told I had to go through booking.com which I did but have heard nothing back for 4 days so I am submitting this negative review. The hotel should take responsibility for a clear violation of their house rules. They did not. I attach a picture of what looks like sperm on the wall by my bed. Staff said it was clear silicone gel. Whatever it is it should not be there. Carpet was stained. Shared bathrooms were tiny.

Disappointing

Pros: Price and location

Cons: The bed was very small and rather uncomfortable. I was biten by a bedbug. And one of the nights there was people smoking and laughing in the garden until almost 4am, so sleeping (specially in the room next to the garden) was impossible.

Pros: Good location.

Cons: Should not have been rented to 4 adults.

Was ok for 1 night. Staying there for longer than that would have been excruciating when it's so hot

Cons: 1) Room has not been ventilated at all. 2) Windows aren't opening for ventilation 3) For the reasons above, it was extremely hot and stuffy. 4) There were 2 fans available but that's not gonna help at all, as the air is stuffed inside

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, location was ok. Overall horrible stay, other places in town would have ended up being far less expensive.

Cons: At arrival charged 7% city tax + 24 tourist tax + 20 cash deposit - then were overcharged & had to wait 3 days for a refund Beds are uncomfortable & barely 2 feet wide Walls are thin, we couldnt sleep due to constant noise No storage space in room

Look for another acomodation

Pros: Nothing

Cons: You have to pay a deposit of 20 euros in case something breaks ... considering that you pay for one night 140 , your reservation is made by booking and you photocopy your ID it seems ridiculous to ask for such a deposit. Also in the booking.com conditions they don't say anything about this deposit. The double bed was a sofa.

Pros: The room was OK. The shared bathroom was always clean and free.

Cons: Im pretty sure the bed's got bedbugs and the mattress has to be the worst I've ever slept on.

Hard to recommend unless one is really pressed.

Pros: The location was within reasonable distance to all amenities and local attractions. The staff were also able to extend our stay by an additional 15mins.

Cons: That I shared a bed with my friend. The toilet and shower were a squeeze for a big bodied person.

Comfortable and nice location

Pros: The room is so comfortable for n my family. It is not spacious but comfortable with the affordable price. The bathroom is so clean and the location is near by the trem n bus station. De Pijp market is within walking area.
