Pros: Staff friendly and helpful, allowed us to check in early. Room was nice and pretty clean. Very close to a metro station. Laundry available.

Cons: Very far from the city and need two metros to get into the centre. Sink is in the room with you which is a bit of an inconvenience. Pretty outdated room.

Cons: The room was quite dirty and I cleaned the dust everywhere myself. For this purpose, there was a vacuum cleaner in the room.

Pros: Honestly if you are looking into this property. You pay for what you get but I honestly believe, Location, Station, Value, Convenience is 10/10. If you are looking for cheap, somewhere to sleep, and somewhere close to a station and on a good line. Also close to a super market and Macdonalds and food hub I give this place a 10/10 for what it is. You pay at the place FYI

Pros: The price was great, it's literally next to the station Higashi Jujo and if you walk a bit to Jujo there's a huge shopping street. Right across the street is a 7-11 as well, so it's really convenient. The room itself is.. okay. It has a fridge and a proper bathroom. I couldn't really find anything to complain about for the price but right on the last night when I wanted to pack all my stuff, a jumping spider came out of nowhere!! Which can happen I guess, sure? But after calling the staff to help me, since I'm really bad with spiders and insects in generell, they came to help me, but they also didn't seem that bothered about it, maybe it's just me. BUT THE REAL PROBLEM CAME THEN! When the staff looked for the spider, and we just kind of shifted all my stuff (I had A LOT of stuff!)... it came. I lifted my bag and then a COCKROACH appeared??? I heard cockroaches are common in japanese homes, but after talking about it with others, it's definitely not common for it to be in a hotel! After finding and thank god taking care of the cockroach, but not the spider, I had to specifically ask to get another room? And they didn't help me to bring all my stuff to the other room, it was really a lot! And it was like 2am. I was exhausted. I can really assure you there were no problems until the last night, but that last night really stays in my mind... just thinking about it stresses me all over again. qwq

Cons: The place was not like the pictures at all, very unclean, strange stain on the wall and horrible musky smell. You can hear trains all night. Pictures are very decieving.

Pros: The bed was bigger than expected. It could fit me and my husband weel (My husband is around 95kg and I 56kg). The staff was very kind and helpfull. The location is amazing, the seven11 was in front of the hotel, the train is 1 min walking and it is easy to go to harajuko, shibuya, shinjuku.

Cons: I did not like to have to come back to my normal life, the trip to japan was amazing. I do not have any complaing about the hotel. It was really good and very cheap.

Pros: I've been coming to Flexstay Inn Higashi Jujo every now and then for the past 8 years or so. It is affordable, the staff is super friendly and it is centrally located in Tokyo.

Cons: The hotel, the rooms and the facilities are quite old. I'm also not sure about the cleanliness. There was a stain on the carpet (probably hard to get rid of) and I found hairs in the room that were definitely not mine.

Cons: No value for money, the room was tiny, with a folding bed, and no space at all when it was down. For the same money got a huge room in central kyoto that was really nice
