LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

Pros: The location was FANTASTIC to walk around or take the subway to explore further sightseeing. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable. The water pressure from the shower was superb! The room had floors instead of carpet which is ALWAYS a plus.

Cons: Even if we were on the 6th floor, you could still hear the subway underneath, the construction across the street, and the noise in the hallway. That being said, by day 3 we were used to it. The room felt small for two people yet had everything you need for a short stay. No housekeeping or cleaning of the room/bathroom, so be mindful of that!

Super hotel and great value

Pros: The location is second to none, the staff were nice, it was clean and I felt safe travelling alone. I had no problems with the app or with checking in or out, and I was not bothered by the noise from 26th street as earplugs were kindly provided. I had a minor incident with the coffee maker in my room, and had help right away, and had no other problems with it. I really liked the Davines bath products and didnt use the ones I had brought with me, which is rare because hotel products are usually the absolute worst. I was given fresh towels when I needed them, and helping myself to more coffee, toilet paper etc was not a problem. I requested a later checkout via the app and it went smoothly. I also had no problems with the Chromecast. So all in all I did not like experience any of the problems that other guests seem to have had. I quickly found out that it was quicker for me to tap my code than to use the mobile key, and as its only six digits this isnt difficult. This hotel is perfect for anyone able to and used to dealing with things themselves and who dont require much assistance. Everything is explained clearly in the app, and made my stay very easy and pleasant.

Pros: The price and location was great. The room was spacious considering other hotels in NY. The hotel was clean and nice interior.

Cons: There was no staff and cleaning was only available for an extra fee. I wish we could get an extra set of towels or known in advance to bring some towels myself. There is no cable and only casting is available.
