    Excellent stay, great vibes

    Pros: Staff - Polite and helpful staff. Help us made the itinerary, locate all the important spots, booked catamaran trip for us, patiently answered all our questions. They were also kind enough to allow us extra time for checkout. Room and Bathroom were really clean, spacious and overall had great vibes. Extra water bottles were provided to us with no extra cost. Breakfast was superb and was provided in the room on a pre-agreed time slot. Location was very convenient, 10 mins walk away from bus station, 15 mins walk away from Oia Castle and 5 mins walk away from famous streets of Oia. Don't expect any views from the rooms or balcony but the location is excellent and pricing is apt.
    Cons: Nothing major, but staff could have been clear about exact timings of Catamaran trip, we did not do our research and relied on them for accurate information so missed doing it on day 2. Also, even though breakfast was superb, some of our asks for breakfast were missed when we asked for large coffee or extra butter or extra bread to be provided. There aren't enough options for Vegetarian food around but it doesn't have much to with the hotel as such, it is a general problem in Oia.

    Pros: Location was good; very close to main strip in Oia
    Cons: The air conditioner was not working for our room during a heatwave. First, the staff tried to explain away the problem saying that it took time for the AC to work. However, several hours later, it was clear that the air conditioner was not working despite many staff members coming to try and fix it. Fileria did nothing to try and alleviate our discomfort - they refused to move us to another room with working AC and did not even offer us a fan. We were forced to stay in the stuffy room for two nights during a 40+ degree heatwave. Fileria also refused to offer a refund despite not providing all amenities listed in their booking (air conditioning). This was a terrible experience and ruined my vacation.

    Beyond thoughtful staff, lovely hotel

    Pros: Lovely hotel minute away from Oias main attractions. Hotel room is newly renovated and very clean. Beyond thoughtful staff, as we arrived we were offered cold water and checked in early. Staff helped carry our bags to the room. Breakfast served to the room was delicious with amazing cold coffee. Receptionist offered to make restaurant, taxi and tour reservations for us. As we checked our and left our bags at the hotel, staff offered us few bottles of water for our walk. Small things, but so thoughtful.
    Cons: Pillows are a little hard.

    Our stay here was wonderful!

    Pros: We loved our stay here!! The workers are wonderful, helpful and always go above and beyond. They helped book a tour, dinner reservation and transfer to the ferry port. The hotel is also in prime location for oia as it is a street parallel to the main strip! The breakfast that is included is also fantastic! Such a good size and they bring it to your room for you! We loved enjoying it on the balcony. Perfect! Thank you Fileria Suites!

    Great stay in Santorini!

    Pros: Great location, super close to Oias centre. Good breakfast, the best we had in 6 hotels in Greece, and very attentious staff.
    Cons: The room could get darker in the mornings, but its surely a personal preference (we like super dark rooms).

    Pros: I didnt like anything not same the pictures plus we booked two room one of us missed the flight they reject to return or refund the money or even to reschedule the date to the next day only they offer us 10% discount even we have two rooms they didnt even made us upgrade nothing I dont recommend it

    Lovely staff, modern hotel & convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

    Pros: Its located along the main road which makes travel to/fro (and with luggage) super easy. The room and property is either new or recently renovated so I was super comfortable. The staff were exceptional. From Marina and Elsa at the front desk making tour suggestions, being very warm and friendly, to the bell boy and folks delivering breakfast. I changed my ferry departure to an early morning one and they helped to arrange a last minute taxi and even managed to have breakfast delivered before i left! All within 50 mins!
    Cons: Bejng a light sleeper I should have asked for a room on the second floor, as I could hear them dragging and scraping chairs , but thats the only adjustment I would make.

    Pros: Room was very clean and a perfect size for the two of us (we are both over 6ft). Location was 30 seconds walk to the 'pedestrian walkway' of Oia and the best thing was, no steps to our room which I would think is a rarity here in Oia :) Marina (I think that was her name) at reception was very friendly and helpful. Ability for them to hold our luggage for no charge as our ferry didn't depart until 4pm..
    Cons: No pool but we did know that when booking :)
