Over rated. Too pricey for whats offered.

Pros: Location Valet parking

Cons: Price. For $300/night I expect carpet that isnt worn out, comfortable beds and modern bathroom fixtures. I was also told that they wouldnt offer me a discount at the Waterpark because I booked my room through a third party. Fantasyland got their money from my booking, so I dont see the logic in denying my family that ??? This was strike two for them.

Wouldve been a better review if it was cheaper.

Pros: Great location, quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons: Bugs on wall. Severely dated hardware and flooring. Mediocre toiletries.

Not worth the hype, or cost.

Pros: I liked that it was in West Edmonton Mall, and the check-in process was fast and easy.

Cons: The elevator didn't work properly. We weren't given toiletries like soap in our room. There was a constant buzzing in the room that made sleep extremely difficult. The cost wasn't worth it. We could have gotten the same room for much less elsewhere. The theme rooms weren't large enough for a family of 5.

Pros: Valet parking attendants. Guys your the best. Reception staff were equally nice and receptive. Housekeeping, goodness you are amazing as well. So friendly. It is a lovely facility, lots of elevators. Slow on Sunday morning. Our room was very clean, but the rug definitely needs to be cleaned or changed. Lots of plug ins in our room. Had coffee pot and fridge but no microwave. Our room was comparable to other hotels but I guess the "double the price" is for location. Theme rooms are not my thing just want a nice clean comfortable room and bed and that's what I got.

Cons: Carpet in room soiled and needs deep cleaning.

Pros: Staff was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a fantastic size! Loved the porters. They offered to wash our windshield as we were leaving and gave us bottles of water for our trip home. Fabulous!
