    Pros: Excellent decor, clean and fresh. Staff is polite and helpful.
    Cons: HVAC system was whacky. It would get very hot no matter what temperature it was set on. Bathtub had no real drain, just an open hole.

    Pros: The location
    Cons: The shower had a huge rusty ring and the shower kept dripping. The main light in the room did not work.

    Cons: Received call at 0600 am from front desk that someone reported my food was delivered outside my door by door dash. Needless to say, the food was in the hallway before I checked into my room. Cameras should have shown that. No food left for Breakfast.

    Pros: Great location walking distance from the Nutter Center, where we were attending a concert that evening. Our room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Couch was also comfortable to sit on.
    Cons: Check-in took 1 hour because there was only one person working the desk for check in. It seemed like they were completely caught off guard about the concert going on next door, even though their hotel was booked solid on a Tuesday.
