I felt it is too expensive for the facilities.

Pros: I liked kind staff, free laundry service, location and safe neighborhood.

Cons: One shower room didn't produce hot water. In the middle of shower, it came to change to cold water and I had to wash my hair with cold water. Also, the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Their coatings were terribly ruined and they must be producing toxic chemicals. I didn't feel safe when I had to use one of them. Pots and pans need replacements. Also, breakfast items were so poor and I didn't eat their breakfast at all. I should have booked a better hotel because I already paid more than $100 USD for one night for a shared bunk bed, and must have found a better one.

Pros: The location was perfect for my trip. However, what impressed me most was the staff, especially Tadeu. He was so kind in every aspect. He kindly directed me how to get my esim selling store. His explanation about the property was so kind and efficient. I strongly recommend this property.

Pros: Nice double room, new bathroom, great location, every night a free something (we had pizza!). Amazing staff, very welcoming and friendly, and they offered us to use the common rooms also after check-out plus luggage storage so that we could easily enjoy another in the City before leaving to the next town. Would definitely come back!

Pros: We are feeling welcomed and taken care of by the staffs there. Everyone is kind and helpful. Outside Japan, this is the cleanest backpacker hostel I ever been. They provide many selection of food to take in the kitchen plus the kitchenware to use if you prefer to cook. The shared bathroom is cleaned regularly.

Cons: The bed is too soft for me and a bit sagging.

Pros: It's a really nice hostel

Cons: We didn't know it was a hostel, and reserved the private room. The room itself was perfect, but to reach it you even need to go through a balcony. We are a family with a baby, and was not the type of accomodation we wanted, but for one night was ok
