Pros: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: On our way to this location we were informed that the room we booked was now unavailable and we had to be forced into a room that was entirely too small for my family which includes 4 small children. We asked for some type of accommodation and the staff was incredibly rude and chose not to try to help at all. They tried to offer us a second room and they would take the tax off. The tax was less than $20…that was completely unfair to us. We booked this room because it’s two adults and 4 kids. We cannot have our small children in a room alone. The staff did not want to accommodate us. We asked to speak with the manager several times. The lady at the front desk said she would give her manager (who was off) our number and she’ll call shortly. We waited forever and she never called. We eventually had to find another hotel since they royally screwed up our night. We traveled hours to get to this location and we needed rest severely. Extended stay America was a total loss for us and we will never send a recommendation there nor never book with them again. I would highly recommend no one coming. Their website is misleading and says that there is 1 room left…when they is in fact none. Horrible. Such a nightmare.

Pros: We liked the room and staff.

Cons: We didn't like the constant noise, cocarouches, lack of amenities, fire alarm in the middle of the night, and not being compensated for the night and day after. Breakfast that was offered: watered-down coffee, granola bar, one muffin, bag of instant oatmeal package with hot water to prepare it!.. No milk, juice, fresh fruits, bagels, bread or butter, or even a package of cereal!!...

Cons: Staff was not around to let us check out only to make us wait only to find out we could toss the key over the other side of the counter. The beds are very hard and lumpy. Breakfast only means they have 2 types of oatmeal and coffee nothing else. Every time we had to open the door to the room it was very loud. Rude morning staff.

Pros: The property was okay

Cons: My first room there were literally roaches crawling on the counter and in the bathroom with me . I had to go downstairs & let them know and show the front desk the photos I took . They just switched me to another room . The next day I went to check my old room to see if I left belongings & they had never came to clean the room !

Cons: Room (Queen size suite) too cold with no way to adjust it from COLD to WARM. Plus the promised (advertised) breakfast did not happen until Wednesday; otherwise just coffee during the rest of my stay there.

Pros: The room was warm and decently located to where I needed to be.

Cons: The room was dirty, roaches, missing smoke detecter but the base was there? Carpet felt like it had not been cleaned, heavy dust build up on the lamps and other items, half the lights were dead, the main light was missing a cover, door dead bolt did not work and the inside door lock - similar to the old chain lock was broken. I had been in another room that had the same issues plus the door jam was broken. Stove burners were rusted, microwave was rusty and did not work, refrigerator was dirty and dented, light switches were all filthy, walls had something poured on them, nails in the wall, holes in the ceiling, tub had hair in it, sink area was filthy, nail polish on the sink counter and door. Hotel front desk entry doors did not have working handicap button and the doors were difficult to open. It’s like they were heavy. None of the entrances were locked. Anyone could enter without a key. Fire alarm room was beeping the entire visit. There was no breakfast even though it was advertised. The parking lot was not cleared of snow and ice. Some blue solution was put out on a little bit of side walk on our last day there but the parking lot was terrible. Handicap parking was covered in snow and ice. Oh the back entry way was covered in urine! It was obvious with all the yellow snow. There was no common area microwave. I was happy that the staff allowed us to use their microwave to heat up our kids food. The hotel is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I was disappointed because the area was nice and then there is the extended stay where the nicest thing about it is the sign. I had to apologize to my family for spending money and taking them to this room.

Cons: Our room was infested with roaches, we got in late so I didn't see it until morning. The kitchenette sink and counter were full of roaches. I told the person at checkout, and he didn't make apologies nor offer a refund. He said he'd "make a note".
