Strong cigarette smell

Pros: Free parking

Cons: Our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke as well as cigarette burns on the coffee table. After walking barefoot I noticed the floors had dirt or crumbs everywhere. The free breakfast was only coffee and packs of instant oatmeal.

Great location, but the rooms...

Pros: The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was great! We were able to walk to the strip and back with no issues!

Cons: The rooms are very outdated. More than half of the wall sockets didn’t work and some of the lamps didn’t work as well. The shower has weird water pressure. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. The linen on the bed was stained. The walls are THIN! You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The AC unit was already super loud and annoying. They are incredibly understaffed so we felt really bad asking for anything.

Pros: Nothing in the hotel matches our expectation. The room smelled awful even though it mentioned that it is a non smoking property. Not friendly staff. Even though it said it is a non smoking property it is not . Rooms smell bad. The front desk staff confirmed that they cannot enforce non smoking policy and it is what it is.

Cons: Checked in late with family along with two kids. The room was supposed to have 2 beds to accommodate the 4 of us but it had only one bed. Checked with the front desk and they said they were fully booked and that is the only room they had. We checked in and went into the room and it smelled awful full of smoke and pot. Went backed to the front desk and requested a cleaner room but the lady at the front desk said she was helpless and cannot do anything and said we have to spend the night in that room. I did not feel comfortable staying in the room that smelled bad with two kids and decided to move out and look for a better option. Went back to the front desk and asked the lady if she could give us a refund since the room was not good and also there were not enough beds for all of us but she rejected. Finally she took my phone number and email and mentioned that the manager will call me next day to discuss about my situation. I did not receive a call nor an email. I lost my money booking this hotel and ended up looking for another hotel at 11 pm in the night with two little kids.

Pros: The staff were relatively friendly.

Cons: The rooms were not very clean. I found the remote control in the couch along with crumbs and other garbage. The couch was worn out. the doors had been repaired multiple times, and still did not function or latch properly. There were long term tenants drinking, and smoking all around the property. One was banging a trash can on the railings. The lack of safety alone at this property would make me never stay here again.

Pros: Location was good, the rooms had enough room. The hot tub was great!

Cons: The amenities listed were misleading. The breakfast offered was just muffins and coffee. The beds were not queen size but double beds. The pull out couch mattress was 4 inches thick, and dirty. The room has not been kep clean, dust and dirt on all counter tops, pieces of trash on the counters. And the air was only in living room with small vent to the bed room

Pros: The staff were friendly and professional. Dennis is a keeper!!! If I returned, it would only be to get his laughs and great customer service support.

Cons: The breakfast was simple but, expected for the quality of properly. 1) Door not secured. Large cracks in the door kit. 2A) The bathtub is stained and needs to be resurfaced. 2B) Door lock failure; door stopped locking. 3) The pull~out bed ‘MATTRESS’ is filthy, nasty, dirty and not fit for a pet dog! That was very disappointing because I took a guest and they felt played, so did I!!! <~~~~~~~~~>

Pros: When we checked it at the front office the lady was very nice gave us good directions on how to get to our room

Cons: When we got to the room it was very nice with refrigerator and a stove. When we started to check out the bedroom floor was dirty like if no-one had sweep in the bathroom the toilet had pee stains the remote control for the TV wasn’t working there was a leak under the bathroom sink We still stayed since we were so tired. The lady in front decides to call me to see if we were good I’m like oh that’s nice she’s checking on us NOPE wrong I start telling her oh we the TV remote doesn’t work and…she stopped me and tells me oh well I’m calling for a noise complaint I’m like what….yes it seems that the people under you said it sounds like you are playing bowling ball….I’m like no it could be recliners that makes noise every time we get up or the door that doesn’t close softly you have to really shut the door…so she said ok well just be mindful of others…lol So at check in the morning we want to take a shower and of course no hot water I’m like thats it lets get out if hear and return the keys and make a complaint of all the things. Well I did and seems like she didn’t care the same nice lady up in the front…..I wish I had pics darn it.
