Pros: Convenient to shopping & major roadways

Cons: Dirty. I'm not a smoker but would have appreciated cigarette disposal containers. There were butts all over the ground, in the planters & grass. "Breakfast" was a joke-horrible coffee, prepackaged blueberry or chocolate muffins. I would not stay at this location again.

Depressing & Gross

Pros: Lavia was there after I came in from a very long trip from Virginia, and was so helpful and kind. I was so exhausted, she had me in my room in no time, it was 7:00 pm, long day. Since you hold $100 of my money for security, I asked her to come up and smell the room before I took it. She was kind enough to bring up the luggage I left in the lobby, so helpful! We agreed, it smelled like a horrible cologne was unleashed in the room. I opened the windows immediately. When I was downstairs, another guest asked for cleaning supplies, which I found strange, so I asked her what was wrong. She said there was a ring around the tub. When I saw mine, same thing. Since I was booked at the Holiday Inn at South Road, checking in at 12:00, I didn't even change my clothes, and slept between 2 comforters that I had with me. The smell was bad enough. Also, you should inform people who are paying a good amount of money to stay here, that you also supply many of the rooms to SSI individuals, therefore, they can make their own decision whether or not to stay there. Other than that? Well, nothing.

Cons: Alot. We had to be moved out of rooms because we were with our child and the room smelled like pure cigarettes, there was a red “blood “ looking stain on the floor. It was an uncomfortable and smelly atmosphere. We were so sad . And the breakfast was not what I expected.

Pros: The area the hotel was in, was a nice escape from the city.

Cons: I booked a king size bed for the night, I wanted to have a mini getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. When we arrived the room had a pungent smell and we had to switch to the only available room which was a double bed room. Not ideal for a couple. The bathroom had no curtain which made it hard to shower. The phone wasn’t working to call any of the staff, and most importantly… when we came in at 11 pm, we asked for late checkout the next day. I was trying to shower without flooding the bathroom because of the no curtain situation, and someone knocked on the door at 11:20 (late checkout at 12) asking if we are leaving or if they should charge for another day. I told them that we requested a late checkout. 20 minutes later another staff member knocked on the door asking if we’re leaving or staying another day…. Overall I think it was a waste of time and money and I did not enjoy my mini vacation as I had planned to. Lastly, they provide coffee and muffins from 8-10 am…. They poured out all the coffee at 9:30. Very wasteful and aggravating… staff needs to work on communication.

My Stay at Fishkill

Pros: The environment and location are great .

Cons: The furniture and fitting are old. Also, the television and the kitchenette are not really fitting for hotel of that brand.

Total scam misrepresentation. Stay away!

Cons: This place is a scam. 1. I booked two rooms with queen beds. All the beds in the hotel are full size beds. 2. There we’re supposed to be sofas in the 2 rooms. One room had nothing and the other had an arm chair. 3. The rooms were called suites. They are not suites. There is no separate bedroom. 4. The included breakfast was just coffee with no real milk or cream, just creamer and really crappy prepackaged muffins. It was a ripoff. 5. They don’t even have a garbage can in the lobby or outside the front entrance. 6. The rooms had a kitchen but there are no utensils, pots or pans. Have have to ask for all that separately. 7. There isn’t even a vending machine in the hotel.

Pros: “Continental breakfast” is actual food. not a granola bar and coffee.. at this property continental breakfast is considered coffee and a granola bar.- could not fit the rest of my comment - so I will add it here .. The room Had mold behind my bed( the first room I was in) second room had burn holes on the counter and the floor and the room Was filthy.

Cons: I checked in on September 9th 2023 and stayed at this property until November 1st. There was no general manger until about a week before I checked out. The manager Darius was hired and he is extremely rude to his staff, and all the guests in the hotel. He harassed me daily. The last two weeks of my stay I extended daily. I always paid by 12 pm with a credit card or cash. I was told you can pay cash. So a few days I did pay with cash. Then I was told I couldn’t pay with cash only a cc. The last two nights I stayed at this hotel I booked on the extended stay hotline and I prepaid for two nights at the front desk. I wasn’t given a receipt only a sticky note with the date and amount I paid. Later on the manger told another front desk agent to call me to get payment. Few minutes later I go get coffee and a front desk agent the black girl with long braids kept saying I didn’t pay: then darius said we didn’t say you didn’t pay. What ? Are these people slow or just stupid ? I responded your FDagent just said I didn’t pay and I did. Then he continued to harass me and kept saying I didn’t pay the pet fee.I booked this reservation on the hotline number I said, so add the pet fee to the card I booked with on file. He continued to keep saying I didn’t pay the pet fee and I continued to the say the same thing over and over then pls add the fee to m card on file. The morning I was checking out on November 1st 2023. He comes knocking on my door while I am in the shower: over and over keeps knocking. I was in the bathroom and he heard me say that and then called called me while I was packing after my shower and said I have to check out I had the dolly in my room packing up my stuff I’ve stayed there for2 months so I had a lot of stuff. He came to my door again and said u need to check out now it was 1215pm. Guest are allowed up to one hour late check out: he kept yelling you have to leave I said stop harass me and and he said he callpolice who got there as I got outside

Pros: Beds were clean and comfortable. everything else was horrible!! Not as depicted on Booking website.

Cons: Dirty overall. Hallways were not cleaned the whole 5 days there. they state breakfast but all you got was a muffin energy bar tea and coffee.

Cons: Paid for a room with a king size bed and got a room with a queen. No hot water. No bath towels. Dogs barking all night long in room down the hall. People smoking in the stair well and right outside the door. People propping outside door open so they didn’t have to use card. Breakfast consisted of coffee or other drinks hot drinks only.
