Pros: The breakfast consisted of a few cereal bars and a pot of coffee, there was no desk clerk when I had to leave before my second night booked for a family emergency, there was only a cleaning person manning the front desk and could only print a receipt and not help me cancel the second night reservation and adjust my CC balance, however said he would have them call me when they came in, I did not receive any calls!!!

Cons: I called to get my CC payment adjusted 6 days after no call and was told there would be no refund as I went thru a third party to reserve my room!!!! This is unacceptable to me! I will not go thru a third party again as I do not like paying for something I did not use!!! The carpet was dirty, had to wipe stuff off of the light switch and there was nothing in the kitchen and had a cupboard door hanging off the hinges. They told me it was the last room and the light above the table was not working and it turned out it was the top plug that was not working(fire hazard)????

Pros: The front desk was friendly and had an elevator.

Cons: Smoke from the adjoining room enters through the bathroom. I have to put wash rags in the vent to breathe. The pillows were really small. The refrigerator was rusty.

Cons: My son found drug needle under the bed ,drug pills, rubber band to tie on arm for injection. Room was dirty and kitchen faucet leaked water badly! Room images presented on website are much bigger than Room size you get! NO SHOWER CURTAIN !Was extremely disappointed!

Cons: The door to the room was broken. Sometimes it would open and sometimes it wouldn't. The light would turn green after scanning the card and the handle turned but the door would not open. Even from the inside I had issues getting the door open. Not only is this an inconvenience it is a safety hazard.

Pros: Parking was ok. The towels seemed to be clean. It had an elevator and the evening desk clerk was very nice and friendly.

Cons: Despite posters in may places boasting about a10 point room cleaning check point list abd using spic n span comet and micro ban products the only slight possibility of cleaning performed was an overwhelming smell of a strong scent of chemicals in the room lijke carpet fresh like it wasso strong. It burned my eyes . The few pieces of furniture in the room looked like they either were pulled off the curb from trash day or they needed to be put there. The nightstand was filthy inside and out the light on top didn't work bulb was broke and looked like been broken for a long time as there was thick dark grey dust/ dirt on bulb. The TV stand dresser has broken drawers the table desk was unmatched (taller table than chair )with only one chair. The light above HOTPLATE not stove blinked on and off and ceiling light was super dim. There was a glue all over the bathroom sink like a model glue or epoxy it was sticky and I tried to clean it but wouldn't come off with only thing I had. Was alcohol pads, the mirrorsi in room and bath were dirty. There were dirty pillos cases on bed pillows looks like makeup smears or blood as was a rust color. . The heater worked but the room stayed cold then finally in morning found the window had been left open And was filthy dirty. No door knob had been cleaned in awhile the entire place needed a deep cleAn . There is no possible way the 10points were followdd because one of the steps is a management inspection. Some other guest was disturbed by other guest in a domestic dispute and 3 cop cars showed up with 2 officers each car seemed like a common occurrence there. This place was horrible to stay one night let alone any longer stay as the name suggests . It's bAck a long winding drive behind a bar and.
