Bus journey from Disney to the hotel was awful, they need more busses

Pros: Pool, playground, lots to do.

Cons: Breakfast wasnt great,

Pros: The closeness to Disneyland The beds were comfy and rooms were clean

Cons: Soft play was dated and parts were dirt and ripped. Park outside was falling apart and had nails coming out of the stairs on the pirate ship- hazardous to children! The shuttle bus was so busy, hardly got to use it as we could never get on, luckily the weather was ok to walk, otherwise we would have had to get taxis every day.

Great location, staff friendly and helpful. Great for families with younger children.

Pros: Location is great. Facilities are good.

Cons: The only down side was the free shuttle service. The bus collection goes between this hotel and Dream Castle next door. We could not get on the bus on the second day and never managed to get on any coming back from Disney due to the amount of people. More shuttles are required at the peak times.

Pros: The amount of facilities for the children and the opening times of the swimming pool great. The soft play a bit run down & could do with a deep clean!

Cons: The rooms were clean but bathrooms could be a bit cleaner & feel like the menu lacked for food at marcos pizza bar.

Pros: The pool was fab, and the staff were lovely in general. Also the lack of free drinking water available was unacceptable.

Cons: The cost of the food and the variety was not great and the buses to and from Disney were in general too packed to the point of being dangerous at times and very scary for children and stressful for adults

Pros: Everything was lovely .. had a lovely time..plenty for the kids only thing was the bus to and from disney mainly the last bus back was out of control busy you could do with arranging a few more buses at end of night.I am not sure who funds the buses or what way it works but just for people to be mindful that the late bus is a bit crazy Children and babiesand parents annoyed upset thinKing that they may not get back to hotel other than that perfect. Pizza bar great idea and value for money don't change. Alcohol very expensive but I think that's just paris and disney. Over all this hotel is great for children .. swimming pool .. games room . Sweet shop .play ground... one thing pool table 4euro you get more people using it if it was 1 to 2 euro .. reception staff were lovely very helpful and pleasant considering this a very busy hotel it never stopped ..

Cons: Seen others complaining about the breakfast, but I felt it was completely fine to get something in your stomach before the parks Cereals. Toast. Pastrys, fruit etc and u have the option for a hot breakfast every morning for just 4 We felt the breakfast was good

Pros: The suite was a good size. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Nice mini treats touch. Kids liked bunk beds. English cartoons on kids TV.

Cons: The shower drained so slow it often over flowed. Bit of a smell of drains from bathroom. Room far from everything.
