    Over all enjoyable

    Pros: Great location, comfortable room, we enjoyed our stay.
    Cons: The pool is not open on Fridays. Not sure why it cant be cleaned on Wednesdays and not Fridays. Weekend visitors would enjoy a swim after a day of biking/hiking/wine tasting. Week day visitors have four days to swim. Wednesday would make more sense.

    Pros: Amazing facilities, great location, friendly staff
    Cons: Rooms are not of 4 star resort standard, if you plan to stay there be mindful of the fact that you may not have all inclusive package when booking from booking.com (of course you can get it at resort)

    Pros: Location is very good. Lot of activities in the resort. Super friendly and helpful staff.
    Cons: Property needs serious renovation. Equipments are very old and need replacement. Very limited food options for vegetarians.

    Pros: Localization, great locals wine and bowling.
    Cons: I don't understand 4 star rating for this object. For us this property should be have 2/3 stars, I was stayed in 4 star hotels in other places and everything was clean. In this resort the rooms need renovation definitely. It is not acceptable that 4* didnt have air conditioning. Breakfast is was until 10.30 am, but at 10.15 half the things are already taken. Dinner is expensive, 30 and the food is not fresh, it is kept warm all the time. no air conditioning in the breakfast room. :( 15 minutes away from the hotel for 30 per person you can have a great fresh dinner in a highly rated restaurant.

    Pros: Breakfast and the buffet have really good quality! All the staff was friendly and helpful. A lot of activities can be done in the facilities: sauna, swimming pool, snooker and even bowling. Parking is free of charge and right in front of the room door.
    Cons: The bedroom was quite old, small and not very well decorated. The curtains were very old and let all the light to pass through. The temperature of the swimming pool was quite low.

    Pros: The property is very clean. The rooms are spacious. There is so much to do at the resort, and its located in a lovely area. The staff members are very friendly, and most speak great English.
    Cons: The breakfast was just ok. They have a wide variety, but some of the food quality is not so great.

    Nice resort in perfect setting

    Pros: Staff was very friendly, the buffet and breakfast were awesome! The resort is located in the winefields so perfect for people who want to rest.
    Cons: The beds were not so comfortable and there was a gap between the two beds.

    Pros: Very nice with many facilities for more than a reasonable price (bowling, games, swimming pool,...). The buffet was great, very complete, with a lot of options. The resort is located in a very nice natural and quite area, surrounded by vineyards.
    Cons: I have prefer having trays at the breakfast buffet. It would made things easier rather than juggling everything on a plate.

    Cons: The first two rooms we got were not cleaned, no apologies followed. The food was not good (frozen pizza was served). During the night, several parties took place at other rooms which were extremely loud. No reception was available to do anything about it.

    Pros: Location and scenery was nice. Parking outside the room was appreciated. Pool area was very nice although indoors.
    Cons: We had a room on the 2nd floor without AC, which turned it into a sauna. No informstion that this was supposed to be all inclusive, and it was difficult to order and pay. Staff in bar was not the most service minded.

    Cons: The room was quite small and didnt have all what was described in the reservation e.g. kettle, minibar. We had to ask 3x for having the minibar and they finally brought it.
