Pros: Brilliant customer service, went above and beyond to establish our preferences (front or rear facing room), happy for us to extend parking allowance into the following day post check out time!

Cons: May be called "dated" by some with reference to internal decor, but it was beautiful, well kept and thoroughly clean throughout. Hotel unable to fault in all or any way. External "central" location was well suited for needs but Wolverhampton was generally shocking in terms of cleanliness and council maintained sadly.

Pros: The room was immaculately clean, bed was really comfortable all the staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was great value for money and really well cooked

Cons: As I was travelling on my own I wanted a hotel that had a restaurant so I didn't have to go out on my own at night - the hotel's own website clearly mentions this, so I was very disappointed to be told at check in that there were no evening meals served - this should have been made clear at time of booking if the current situation is not as described on the hotel's website

Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the place, bath sheet however had a most disagreeable fragrance. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming very helpful and pleasant, hotel is near city centre and main routes that is a plus, secure parking amazing. Bed was so comfortable but the pillows a bit thin from use. Overall enjoyed my stay but I think breakfast could have been covered in the room price. ⭐️⭐️

Pros: Good location about 20 mins walk from the town centre, nice clean & comfortable room had a good nights sleep. Staff member Claudia was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for the great service

Pros: Fantastic hotel. Room was spotless and comfortable, staff were really friendly and helpful. It was only a 15 minute walk to the centre. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Clean quiet fabulous staff willing to help you .I had gone from Yorkshire to visit friends. It was the perfect place to stay. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Wolverhampton. As a single mature lady I felt very safe in the hotel. Very impressed.

Cons: To be honest I wouldn’t change anything. The bed was comfortable the bath towels were thick and fluffy. They checked and tidied your room every day whether you asked or not. Topped up your tea tray. Keep it straight forward and simple. A great stay. Thank you.

Pros: The staff were really friendly. Nothing was too much. If the property matched the staffs energy it would be amazing. They’re a credit. Oh and breakfast was really lovely.

Cons: I think we may have just had some bad luck. Our room was quite tired. Really didn’t smell very nice, But we think this was due to the toilet being broken maybe…? We arrived early, but couldn’t get in till 3. We were meeting friends so needed to get in and out fast. So we didn’t really inspect the room as much as we perhaps would normally. It wasn’t until we got back from our night out that we realised the toilet was constantly filling up. It was very noisy. I’m such a light sleeper that I just couldn’t sleep. I told the staff the next day. They said we should have said something so they could move our room… they knew about the toilet issue but thought it had been fixed. Sadly, because we didn’t get back till very late, the last thing we wanted to do was change rooms in the early hours. Plus my partner can sleep through anything. He slept like a baby as soon as his head hit the pillow!!!! So although I hardly slept at all, I did feel that room was very tired, I would have liked to have something a bit more luxurious for my £120. However, I do honestly believe we were just a bit unlucky and also massively to blame. If we’d had taken the time to be in our room to settle in, we would have realised there was something wrong and I absolutely believe we would have been put into another room. So lesson learnt. I feel bad saying all this, but hopefully it helps. As I said to staff this morning, someone else could really complain… I hope they get it sorted.
