Pros: Filthy..on way up to our room in stair well rubbish everywhere smelly prawns in bin for couple of days in a bin that was over full ..only thing to like was location

Pros: Nothing everything was disgusting i wanted the family room thinking there would be a kitchen or atleast a sink and a small cook top but there wasnt anything paying almost 600 for 2 nights not worth it at all u cant even cook the toilet was disgusting the shower was disgusting. The beds had cumbs and hair on it the wall had a snot on it. Dust on all furniture dirt everywhere just ridiculous wasnt sanitary at all

Cons: For the money it wasn't worth it sorry. We had a poxy little fridge half the size of a bar fridge that we had to turn off at night because of the noise and we could barely fit the stuff we bought with us in there!!. We had a half renovated bathroom with a crack in the glass that leaked all over the floor while showering. We only had 2 pillows. All other motels we have stayed at at least have 4. Just as well we decided to bring owe own!! There was no cutlery except 2 glass cups, 2 coffee cups and a teaspoon. We were left with 1 and a half toilet rolls for 2 days. They never asked if we would like our refreshments toppep up ( milk, coffee etc.) or a clean towel!! Not very good service at all. This motel needs a lot of TLC!!

Cons: The room was extremely small and the toilet and shower seriously need renovation.The shower is small The car park needs to be updated as well. There is no cemented car park and some body even scratched my car at their car park. Worst experience ever.

Cons: Manager completely dishonest - refused to honour our booking and wanted us to pay an extra $500!! We had to ring booking.com and get them to intervene, which thankfully they did. We waited over 2 hours to check in and even then our rooms hadnt been cleaned. The family room had no flyscreen on the window so we couldnt open it and the aircon was hopeless. The fridge was barely working - we ended up buying a bag of ice and putting it in the bath to keep our food and drinks cold!!! One of the lights didnt work. The other room was totally different to the description in our booking confirmation (was a pod not a room, was not poolside and had no fridge!) Rubbish everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. We will never stay here again and are telling everyone we know to avoid it like the plague.

Cons: It was noisy, and the room in our opinion was sub-standard for the price. We understand this was a 3 star property however, there were several things that we were not comfortable with. Had we not been so tired we probably wouldn't have stayed. * The beds were hard and not comfortable. * The door handle to the balcony was broken and only locked with a chain. * The curtains to the balcony were tied back with a piece of paper that looked like it may have been a handle from a paper shopping bag. * There were insufficient powerpoints in the room. There was one in the main living area, that most appliances had to be put on the floor for use as they didn't reach the powerpoint from the bench. * We checked in during the afternoon, but didn't go straight to the room, it was quite late when we returned (close to midnight) the room door was open. We found this to be disconcerting and felt unsafe upon entering. * There was no internal lock on the main door or no additional chain for securing the door. We did however, discover that the door was in fact locked to the outside. But there was no way of knowing this from the inside. * There was a single mattress placed against the wall in the living area, but no additional linen for its use. * The bed linen appeared to be clean as was the bathroom and living areas. * Overall the property has seen better days and is well past it's due date for a renovation. * It was cheaper than the other hotels in the area and clearly for a good reason.
