Cons: The hotel was basically abandoned. most of the facility was shut down. The “sports complex with laser tag and a “huge arcade” was closed and looked like it hasn’t been open for years. The water was turned off the morning we were checking out. No-one told us they were turning it off. we were literally trying to get ourselves and 3 children bathed and dressed to leave when the water was turned off. Not a drop of water to even flush the toilet was available. we called the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. when they finally called back about 30 minutes later they acted shocked and said they would “look into it”. come to find out they had a plumber there and has turned the water off without telling us. there were literally like two other people in the whole hotel you’d think they could’ve given us a heads up.

Cons: The first night we stayed there no one was there, we had to check in at the hotel next door, no employees or anyone at the front desk, the bar was closed, the gift shop was closed, restaurant, closed, no breakfast Friday morning, couldn't find the fitness center and no one to ask, beds were hard, it was not as nice as advertised

Pros: The location

Cons: The room was terrible, inside of door look like it had been kicked in. Lock was broken off with a hole in the wall where it should be and had two big holes in the wall. One from the cable and another behind our bed that was 1ft x 1ft hole I found when checking for bed bugs, which we did not have thank goodness. The only piece of furniture was a desk and it was torn up really bad and only had one outlet in the whole room. The tv on the wall was very small only a 24” but the aspect ratio was half that, settings were blocked from being changed. My IPad Pro when held in front of it blocked the image, that’s how small it was, my wife and daughter laughed. The roof had bad brown water stains in random spots and there was a big 1ft long section of what looked like BBQ sauce on the roof. The room smelled terrible, and the floor sloped. Even the chair was stained with what looked like blood or some kind of red/brown stain. Overall hotel is extremely old and very run down. Went to the front desk to ask for a new room and they do not have front desk staff after 10pm. The room phone was completely a blank and no extension listed to reach anyone in the hotel, even when dialing zero, the insert was removed and replaced with a blank piece of paper. I would never stay here again and urge others to avoid it like the plague! I’m a pilot and live in hotels half the month and this is by far the worst I’ve ever seen in my life, not even exaggerating.

Pros: It was nice having everyone close to each other

Cons: The place wasnt in very good condition, nothing there was open and we got charged the same rate regardless. We really didnt like the lounge not being open, nor the market. Incredibly inconvenient as well as disappointing. The price we paid was excessive for a place that has these amenities that were not able to be used.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that the pictures online are very deceiving and did not match what it looks like in person at all; the online looks way more beautiful and renovated. The online description shows about how the rooms are "newly renovated" but in reality it isn't. The lobby area has a strong stench that was hard to ignore the moment you come in. There were leak stains noted on the ceiling of our room, the room looks old and definitely outdated and needs to be renovated. You can also hear people's conversation next door easily through the walls and outside the door. Also, there was not enough parking when we arrived because there was an event. The event took place as well in the pool area and that it was uncomfortable walking to the pool going through the event happening in there and all the people. The price of our stay definitely does not equate to the ambience of our stay, luckily it was only 1 night. I contacted booking.com to see if I can still checkout the same day and get refunded but since there was a hassle of going back and forth with the property manager and booking.com and me, I didnt want to get through it so we just endured our stay. The booking.com staff was very emphatetic and helpful, the property manager was helpful as well and accomodating. All in all, I would definitely not book in this hotel again, only maybe if it was totally renovated for the better version.
