wonderful place, wonderful people.

Pros: Its a beautiful resort just outside Florence and the view of Tuscan countryside and the surrounding mountains was terrific. We stayed in the Deluxe suite and could not have asked for a better room. Michael was so so helpful and friendly especially when showing us the bus routes for which he actually came along with us (as we didnt have our own car). He helped us get our tickets to Uffizi too. Staff on the whole was really nice and always had a smile for everyone; they arranged taxi cabs for us whenever we requested them.

The best hotel ever

Pros: This is one of the most beautiful hotels Ive been at. Please, get the room with a view if you can. Its not in the middle of Florence, but theres a bus stop right in front of the property. The staff was amazing and the hotel was pristine. We will stay here again next time we go to Tuscany!

Nice hotel, quite remote from the city & the customer service could have been better.

Pros: The size of the room, the setting and the pool.

Cons: No cooked options for breakfast. Lack of available, free drinking water. It was 32 degrees and small bottles of water were available for 2.50 euro. We would have had to buy 10 per day to keep anything like hydrated, per person. Lack of transparency with billing. I settled the final, not fully itemised bill at @8pm on our last night as we were leaving at 6.30am the following day. I was then woken at 11pm to say a 20 euro bill from the bar, purchased at 6pm that night had been missed off our bill. I went to pay this in my pyjamas. Disappointingly poor customer service from a quite expensive hotel. Great to have a small kitchen, but lacking basic equipment e.g., no kettle and no supermarket nearby to purchase anything-would best suit guests with a car.

Pros: Lovely staff, beautiful view, the bed linen was so soft and comfortable which is hard to come by these days, overall eden rock goes above and beyond to create a relaxing atmosphere and help you to enjoy your stay

Cons: It is definitely best to bring a car, the buses were difficult to navigate - but this is not the hotels fault

Amazing retreat!

Pros: We loved everything about Eden Rock. This is an incredible location! We were needing a rest after a very busy 6 weeks of travel. Everything is here. We didn't need to go anywhere else. Food is good. View is outstanding. Rooms are big, airy and spacious. People are so friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely. I swam everyday. I cannot express how much I love this place. If we are ever back in Italy again..... We would definitely be visiting Eden Rock Resort.
