Pros: The fact that the hotel had hot water.

Cons: The room wasn't very clean. We only had 1 set of towels for 2 adults and 1 child. The phone didn't work, had missing buttons. The walls are paper thin. We listened to a baby cry most of the night. People playing the hallways.

Pros: they had a sign up stating they did free breakfast when i asked they said no, it smelled like pee the day we checked in the smell was strong and then it never stated i had to put a $100 deposit down bit she let me put $50 as the deposit. last but least i had to take my own trash outside in the rain and they never came to restock my room with toiletries

Pros: It was about 5 minutes from the walmart. The younger Indian guy who checked me out was shy, struggled to speak English but he gave it his best and you could tell.

Cons: The Indian girl working the counter was very robotic and uncaring. Borderline rude. Couldn't understand her very well. She was visibly disappointed when i paid the deposit in cash after she said the card would be held for nine to twelve business days (that's almost triple industry standard of three to five). The hallways reeked of tobacco and weed, the ice came out of the machine partially melted. My light fixtures were rusty, every light/lamp only had one bulb in them. The corners of the room were dirty, the AC unit hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, there were several different shades of paint on the walls in a patchwork fashion. Door frames and doors were damaged and scratched, my door had to be forced closed. There was a wall mount on the wall, but a cheap TV on top of the dresser and the wall mount had been painted OVER at some point. In the morning I found a baby cockroach on the tub, the towels were all very rough and scratchy and most of them had stains on them (i used my own towels). No soaps were provided in the bathroom, not even a small bar of hand soap. The WORST thing was this property advertises a big breakfast with sausage and eggs, they have a big room just for it with a nice sign. The girl at the desk promised me there would be breakfast. Came down, no breakfast. The coffee machines were covered in a layer of dust and had no cups or anything available, and no coffee. Talked to a guy on my way out and he said he'd been staying there for over six weeks for work and they never once had coffee, let alone breakfast.

Pros: Not much. The workers were eh. Having access to multiple electronic ports is a plus.

Cons: Oh man, the location in general was quite rough and left a lot to be desired. Being located right next to a highway and train tracks made nights very, very irritable. We were placed on the third floor, where there was an obvious smell of marijuana, and smoke (even though smoking is not allowed apparently). In our room, my and my wife’s bedding had cigarette burn holes in them, while our friend’s bed had drops of nail polish throughout its sheets. I booked the room for 3 people, and we weren’t even given a proper amount of pillows. - The bathroom toilet seat was broken, and there was no mat in the tub, giving us a higher chance of slipping while showering. - One of the power outlets was covered in drywall, being completely fused into the wall. Thankfully, the outlet still worked. - The TV remote did not work at times, making it very frustrating to watch anything on the TV. - The Wifi was HORRIBLE. At times, we weren’t able to even use it, and even when logged into it, we couldn’t do anything worthwhile with it. Frustrated, we eventually just used my own personal hotspot, which funnily enough performed much better. - Housekeeping never came to our room, nor did they get our trash. Multiple times we passed them on our way to and from our room. Nothing. It felt as if they avoided us after the first day. I was charged $300+ for 4 days and 3 Nights, and while I understand I get what I pay for, but when an establishment can’t even get the basic things right, what’re the odds that we even come back to this place? Very low. I hope that you all do better.
