Top 5* Hotl

Pros: Very comfortable, large rooms, very polite personnal and very good Breakfest with a huge Selektion of various food. Also the Pool and the Gym are in good Shape.

Cons: About the Hotel is nothing to complain. It is also easy accessible by Taxi. The only drawback is that you have to use the Taxi to Go anywhere. Having a walk starting directly at the Hotel is not recommendable.

Pros: The hotel is great. Some stuff need replacement but overall its new. The staff is superb. The restaurants are great as well.

Cons: The windows are a bit dirty . That kills the view. The price was different to the one I had from Booking.

Pros: The property is in a good location and we had a nice view at least.

Cons: 1. Wifi, as important as it is in our lives nowadays, was unfortunately slow. Had to use data for our zoom meeting. 2. Because of the wifi issues, we had trouble connecting our device to the tv. We ended up using hdmi which came the second night hence we didnt really get the chance to netflix and chill. 3. I was really tired and looking forward to this staycation. Imagine waking up at 2:22 AM due to noises coming from next doors. Really unexpected from a five star and well-reputable hotel. 4. Lastly, I was stopped at the morning buffet resto (Urban Kitchen) and asked to change clothes. I was wearing an oversized white polo shirt, like 3-inches above my knee fully buttoned up and I was wearing full night clothes underneath it. Literally showing skin just from knee to feet. I changed clothes. Sadly I only brought shorts but I didnt think it would cause me any trouble. Another staff at the resto came to my husband and told him its still not okay but theyre letting it go for once. Ive lived in Abu Dhabi for years and I had been to many different 5-star hotels where I was able to wear casually (even wore bath robe for breakfast once) and this is the first time I had this experience. Not only that it was humiliating but it also ruined our supposedly stress-relieving getaway. Had I known these will happen, I could have just booked a cheaper hotel. Honestly a shame and I will surely not recommend this place to anyone I know.
