Cons: Fist off my card was charged before I checked in without consent! When I called the hotel I was told a refund would be issued if required upon check in . After checking in we head to our room to find the tv didn’t work and there were several red colored stains on the carpet.We called the front desk and was told she would send someone to check the tv. 30 -40 minutes went by we called the front desk and no one would answer. My husband walked downstairs and we were assigned another room . We moved to the 5th floor to a room slightly bigger however the room had a horrible smell of pet urine and vinegar At this point it was late so we sanitized the room and stayed the night.  This was the worst experience !

Pros: The ease of getting to the place.

Cons: The rooms don’t clean them, the TV doesn’t work, they don’t put towels and an employee tells me that the towels are all dirty and the next day they gave me two, I had to buy two towels at Walmart, the fridge in the room didn’t work and the breakfast was a disaster... They should better remodel it first by the new administration and then open it with the new name. I DON’T RECOMMEND IT FOR NOW.

Cons: pull out didnt have sheets or cover called the front desk and they asked me to come get them. took my kids downstairs and waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they didnt have any. Had to travel late at night with small kids to get a blanket and sheets

Pros: Certainly one of the Best Medium-Price value deals in the Houston Hobby area. FYI. There are a lot of "dumpy" low cost BRAND NAME HOTELS which don't measure up to their logo. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!! It is a TRUE VALUE in this "overused/abused/run down" former FIRST AIRPORT for civilians in the HouTex Metro... The Staff showed extreme COMPASSION in addition to their WELL-KEPT HOTEL and adequate FREE BREAKFAST!! I even saw/witnessed 3 women supervisors & managers meeting one morning OVER A STRAY DOG/unaccounted--for a little DOG --i.o.w. how to find a SAFE PLACE for this tiny WHITE CHIHUAHUA who was LOST in the HOTEL PARKING LOT right next to BUSY INTERSTATE HWY 45...very close to this raging, mucho traffico, INTERSTATE where this little white dog cd easily have DASHED ON TO and DIED!!! In my opinion, these three employees WENT WAY BEYOND DUTY in saving this tiny dog's LIFE and hooking up if the DOG belonged to one of the HOTEL'S GUESTS?!!! WOW! If THEY, the Staff, were trying to SAVE a LITTLE DOG'S LIFE along w/ their OTHER DUTIES, then THINK HOW WELL THE STAFF WD. TREAT YOU, if YOU had a problem while staying HERE!!! HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THAT CONCERN IN A HOTEL BEFORE? I was AMAZED when I brought it to THEIR ATTENTION that there was a LITTLE LOST DOG RUNNING AROUND THEIR SOUTHSIDE PARKING LOT!! They said: "Oh, yeah Dan--thanks for telling us--and they were already ON TOP OF IT!! :-) I was "blown away" BY THAT!!! It blew my mind to actually SEE a Hotel Staff who CARED about a LOST DOG!! GREAT NIGHT'S SLEEP, btw, especially since it is SO CLOSE to I-45 "Going to GALVESTON" Southbound I-45 is AS BUSY AS IT GETS with all the folks wanting to go down to GALVESTON'S BEACHES.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. (even the BREAKFAST did the job--but it wasn't a HAMPTON INN great breakfast--but they "got U goin' in the A.M."--with a Starter Breakfast until you got down the Road to a good lunch to fill the empty space in ur tummy... Like "FISH or STEAK" for your Lunch on beautiful, serene GALVESTON ISLAND, TEXAS. Get the picture?

Pros: Room was clean and temperature was comfortable. Location is great. Close drive to Hobby (HOU) airport. Easy check in and out.

Cons: Towels need to be purchased ASAP. They have seen better days. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were obviously not checked between guests. Charging a deposit, but 3 days later has not been refunded to my account. No incidentals. No damag

Pros: Location from the airport. Even though they advised free shuttle, after trying for over 2 hours to get the shuttle, I paid uber twenty dollars to get to the hotel. They said they changed the phone number. They wouldn't pay for the uber.

Cons: Dirty room. Blood on drapes and carpet.One towel and wash cloth.No side cover on electrical outlet.No shampoo or soap in shower and sink. People just came in the front door and ate at the morning buffet.

Pros: Staff was cordial other than that nothing else except the price

Cons: My handicap elderly sister was with me and although I requested a room close to elevators, we were placed at almost end of the hall. TV in first room didn’t work, Room placed in refrigerator was dirty and microwave didn’t close, only 1 towel in room and when asked for another towel was told there were none, ice machine didn’t work on 4th floor, breakfast food was dry and appeared to be leftovers, no fruit for breakfast.

Pros: Just the easy access to the highway and stores. The receptionist was helpful and there’s not much he could do about the new policies.

Cons: The property needs to be updated, carpets are awfully stained and things around the room need to be replaced. The breakfast wasn’t what was expected but at least they offered it. The property was recently sold to a new owner and there’s things not specified in website. Only two towels per bedroom regardless the amount of people staying. You also have to leave a $100 deposit at check in cash or card.

Pros: The charged me for for rooms only needed 2. No one help with this issue have to dispute with card company. A bunch of homeless people stayed there with animals. Breakfast was horrible never had nothing but waffles with no syrup and cereal. Homeless people got a lot and took to there rooms
