Pros: This is our first stay at Red Roof and I was very impressed with everything. Staff was courteous, room very clean, online reservation easy. Loved the choice of pillow firmnesses.

Terrible location, lots of loud noise and loud music.

Pros: Large clean rooms. Really nice.

Cons: They charged me 150.00 deposit for damages to the room but it was literally just an accident from my child. My dogs do not pee on beds

Pros: Room was spacious, bedding clean. Aircon worked

Cons: Felt a little deceived by photos, thought it was a low budget hotel, however it felt a little lower budget than that on arrival. Rooms face onto outdoor corridors. My rooms door didnt close easily, personally didn't feel very safe, albeit door locked with extra security. Staff helpful on check-in, but made me feel I was asking too much to store luggage on checkout, this should be a standard facility, whereas I was being told it would be a favor. Not great. Also floors in the room very grimy, needed to be thoroughly scrubbed. Overall unhappy as the advert differed significantly from the reality. Still was cheap, but don't think I'd have booked knowing the reality, even with a cheap price.

Pros: No breakfast- place was deplorable

Cons: Floor was filthy, found spiders and bugs in the room. The bed spread was badly stained and dirty. Refrigerator next to bed for night stand was noisy. Bed was uncomfortable.

Cons: They scheduled air conditioning cleaning while room was occupied, we had an outside contractor worker sitting on our bed with us standing around while cleaning ducts.
