Cons: Had issues with room maintenence.. Mosquito mesh Door fell off when we checked in an opened it.. Baby lizard in washroom.. There was Leakage in washroom.. HK team would take quite a bit of time to come..However, HK staff when they came were good.

Pros: First, we liked the hospitality and service of the hotel staff from the reception, concierge, pool attendants and fb staff of the restaurant. Next, are the facilities and location of the resort

Cons: Housekeeping service, we booked a room for 3 guests however, the toiletries, towels and complimentary coffee are only good for 2. In addition, the hair dryer is not working at all

Cons: My stay at the DownTree Hilton Hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the staff made it abundantly clear that they had no interest in providing even a basic level of customer service. The employees, including the manager, were consistently rude and disrespectful, leaving me feeling unwelcome and unimportant. To make matters worse, when I had some friends who wanted to visit me at the hotel, they were denied entry without any reasonable explanation. It was as if the hotel had a personal vendetta against allowing guests to have a pleasant social experience. The unnecessary restrictions made me feel like a prisoner in their establishment, with security personnel constantly following and watching our every move. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and invasive situation, and I was left wondering why they treated their paying guests in such a manner. Adding insult to injury, the sink in the toilet was non-functional throughout my stay. Despite repeatedly contacting the hotel staff to fix the issue and provide water, they never bothered to address the problem. It was immensely frustrating to be paying for a room with faulty amenities and no resolution from the hotel management. Overall, my experience at the DownTree Hilton Hotel was utterly disappointing. The staff's rude and disrespectful behavior, along with their refusal to accommodate guests and address basic maintenance issues, made my stay an unforgettable nightmare. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you value even a modicum of respect and comfort during your travels.

Relaxing and fun place to stay

Pros: We liked the vibe and the location. You can relax and enjoy. There are lots of activities to do. We tried the Turkish and asian restaurant. Both restaurants are good and the foods were amazing. They gave my wife a slice of cake for her birthday.

Cons: They have a lot of pools to choose from. But for me, the pool closes very early. You cant do night swimming which is a disappointing especially during summer. They can extend pool timings so that guests could enjoy.

Good staycation and value for money

Pros: Well kept lawns and surroundings. Ample sunbeds all around for busier periods . Nice for couples also as separate pool from families and dining area has an adults only section. Found all staff around the resort happy and friendly. Room spacious and clean. Main buffet restaurant organised and kept clean . Meals included on AI were good and plenty selection
