    Enjoyed our stay.

    Pros: Warm, spacious room, big comfortable bed, lots of drawer space. Iron and ironing board very useful. Lovely quiet surroundings,overlooking a large pond. Plenty of parking space.
    Cons: Large bathroom but no heating , heated towel rail not working. Very little space around the sink to put toiletries etc. No curtains or screen for shower so water spilled out onto the tiles and the floor tiles stayed wet during our two day stay.

    Lovely clean hotel, always a...

    Pros: Beautiful home lots to explore around the grounds . We needed a bed changing early in the morning and housekeeping were very prompt and friendly.
    Cons: Toilet issues, it stopped flushing then was running continuously luckily my partner was able to swiftly fix it .

    Pros: We asked for the same room we stayed in last time and they allocated it to us. So we were very comfortable and had a lovely stay.
    Cons: Unfortunately the Afternoon tea was not good this time. We booked because last time we stayed it was excellent. The bread was not fresh, the cakes were ordinary, shop bought and not homemade. (we took them to feed the squirrels) The scones were good. We were not offered more tea and the waiter didn't check on us even once. Prices were up since last month. I showed the bar manager the photos of the food we took last time and he was the difference. He refunded us 12 although we didn't ask. Different chef apparently. We won't be having tea there again!
