    Wonderful

    Very nice.

    Pros: First and formost its about the staff - and they where great, (though a few Evertonians...;) We enjoyed the stay wery much. It´s fairly close to the center - and to the Georgian quarters as well.
    Cons: I´ll try to change the staff into Liverpool-fans next time around ,,, ;)

    Enjoyable two night stay

    Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Superb location, within easy walk of many of Liverpool's attractions. Good bar prices for a hotel. Very good buffet style breakfast.
    Cons: Only minor concern is the size of the on suite facilities, which are very small.

    Pros: Clean room, Great facilities in the room, tea/coffee, TV, mirror by the desk Lots of hangers Comfy bed Tasty breakfast Reasonable bar prices Quick check in with the pre completed check in form Staff were very friendly
    Cons: Noise outside the room, we were in a room next to the stairwell, It was very noisy, could hear talking in the stairs as well as the sound of feet on the stairs and metallic bangs on the handrail.

    Fabulous 3 day stay in...

    Pros: Everything was fantastic. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The food was really nice and very fairly priced. We stayed in room 208, and after 3 days of up and down the stairs(as no lift), my husband was struggling a bit with his knees(if we stay again will definitely ask for ground floor room),also in our room we had tea/coffee making facilities and each day 2 little biscuits were left for us(which was a nice touch)The other bonus is you get to park free for your full stay which was great as only a 15/20 min walk from the Docks and Centre.
    Cons: I only have 2 things that let our stay down. 1st was the pillows were very lumpy/old and needed replacing. The 2nd was the toilet/shower room was so tiny,when having a shower, i turned around and knocked the tap, which turned the water to cold

    Pros: Very pleasant staff, comfortable room & bed. There is 1 bus to get to hotel (500 bus to/ from airport every 30 mins). 25 min walk to central station, it's in a bit of an isolated location with no shops / restaurants within 10 min walk
