Pros: The property is right next to the shopping centre and the game zones. Ideal for families with small kids. Our kids love the location which is right opposite the food court, various shops and cafes. The tram is also not too far. The property was clean . Matched our expectations.

Pros: The good thing in this hotel is the location, which front of zdilek Eskiehir AVM and walking distance from Cassaba Modern which is an area of fabulous coffee bars and restaurants.

Cons: I booked this hotel because it ranks as 5 star, but from my experience in different 5 star hotels across the world and in turkey, I couldnt ranked it as 5 star, it should be ranked as 3 or 4 star at most. We booked 3 rooms, me and my family have 3 issue in this hotel : 1-Air conditioning : the air condition in the rooms is not cold as expected despite the thermostat temperature was assigned to 19 degree but you feel it like 25 or 26 and it need long long time to cold the room. We acknowledge the hotel reception about it they reply they fixed it but we didnt feel change. 2-Water : in the second day the water stopped in all the hotel for more than 3 hours. the hotel didnt have an emergency plan for such scenarios or at least to distribute packs of bottles of water for residents. For us when we found the time become more than it should be we asked them to provide us bottles of water. 3-Breakfast : the breakfast is simple and didnt compared to a 5 star hotel, the breakfast area is not air conditioning or the air condition is not switch on, which leaded to us to take our breakfast in the smoking area. The first morning we found a died worm in the Cornflakes we acknowledge the hotel staff about and also we found the same in the second morning and then we decided not to take the breakfast for that day and the remaining days. 4-Checking out : when we check out, I asked to see if there were any additional expenses during our stay because we ordered some food in the first night, the reception told me an amount which is not applicable to what we ordered, I asked him to print out the invoice and show it to me, then I discovered that they added charges of other room which not belong to us. For that reason I advise residents to review their invoices before paying any amounts. Finally, I believe the hotel management should take care to enhance the quality of living of the hotel if they are looking to be a real 5 star hotel by applying the 5 star hotel standards.
