Pros: The overall feel of the hotel was very nice. The food wasn't bad; however, I expected more options. I did love the fact that they provided complimentary snacks and water/juice to drink as soon as you walked in the door. The evening/night staff member was great. He was extremely helpful and patient.

Cons: I didn't care for the day staff member. She was not too keen in helping me and seemed somewhat annoyed. I had to figured it out myself on how to get to the places we were exploring.

Cons: The advertisement about the parking is misleading .It is only suitable for really small cars . I was in a very difficult situation at 11pm having to find a street parking . It was horrible.

Cons: small facilities, had to wait 15 minutes for breakfast even that they ask us to pick an hour.. our baby stroller didnt enter the elevator- just imagine the size of it.. check in end up to be a bit after 15:00 even we got there in 11:00, went with 3 babies to roll around the city, when we came back after 14:00 and it wasnt ready yet.. only then they reminded to inform us that we need a bigger room and it will take more money and time.. add tax on booking charge.. dont know if its the hotel fault or regulation in lisbon.. had bathtub in the room but they are not allow to fill it because other incidents or something like that..
