Pros: I have stayed here before and loved it previously. Staff were helpful when the eventually managed to change our room for a new as there was mould in the first one and I refused to sleep in it.

Cons: We were put it what I can only describe as a more budget room despite paying around about the same for previous stay. Mould on the ceiling leaving a very damp smell in the room that I didnt feel comfortable sleeping in

Pros: I stayed in suite with jacuzzi, the room was perfect , breakfast excellent, the Japanese restaurantwas great

Cons: Walking distance between the facilities, the shuttle inside the hotel stop working early at 23:30 to reach the rooms with uphill was challenging every day especially if you plan to come back after 23:30 , to get a late check out was not an option, after staying 10 days the way they treat us in the last day was not 5 star hotel , they tried to charge us twice for laundry, we got free vouchers for 1kg of fresh fruit and afterwards they charged us that . We got three rooms we even asked at least for
