Pros: Great location - you can walk to Montmartre and Mulan Rouge and to all the nice restaurants! Gluten free bakery and gluten free Crêperie is right around the corner (for those who depends on it)..

Cons: Tastefully designed room.. very modern and very clean bathroom and comfortable bed! Warm and welcoming personal - they let us keep our language before and after checking in and even offered cappuccino while we were waiting:)

Pros: The room is comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly. Location not so far from the city center, 15-20 by metro or bus. The room has good sound insulation, the noise of the street was not heard.

Very enjoyable 3 day stay...

Pros: We stayed for 3 days and had a very enjoyable time. The room was nice and tidy, with high quality bathrobes and towels. Slippers were also included, so no need to bring your own! The staff was very accomodating and we were able to leave our baggage before our check in and after our check out till our departure time.

Cons: 200 Euro deposit not mentioned in the booking.com description so it can be a surprise if you are short on cash. But you get the money back right after check out. Otherwise everything else was great and exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The hotel was well-located. The room was very clean, quiet, and adequately sized. The lighting in the common areas (lift, stairway, landing) was rather dim and potentially a concern for an older age group. A comfortable lounge area on the ground floor with tea/coffee/biscuits would have been greatly appreciated, particularly in the afternoon or during adverse weather. However, we do understand that the area was largely set aside for serving breakfast. The staff were all very helpful, considerate, approachable and efficient. We would stay at the hotel again.

Unforgettable, romantic stay.

Pros: Such a lovely hotel in a wonderful area. We explored Paris on foot all day, from the Louvre to the Eiffel Tower, and along the banks of the Seine. had a marvellous time, finishing with a wonderful view over Paris from the top of Les Galleries Lafayette ....and then we got engaged when we returned to the hotel!! It was so quiet, dimly lit, and romantic. We had very nice jacuzzi bath in our room. A totally unforgettable two nights here, we will definitely return (probably for our anniversary whenever we can)!

Cons: Nothing, except the shocking price of two glasses of Prosecco we helped ourselves to in the lounge, we didn't check, but seeing as my partner got down on one knee after a glass we don't regret a thing! Lol

Everything far exceeded expectation. Romantic...

Pros: The decor and hotel standard far exceeded expectation. It really is a romantic hotel, set in the heart of Paris, in a quiet location, but 6 mins walk to Moulin Rouge and the Montmartre district. We were greeted to a beautifully clean and fresh smelling bedroom. Beautiful rose petals over the bed – each and every morning. There were multiple lighting combinations, so we could set the mood. All of the linen was crip clean and above all not smelly (some hotels put clean pillow cases over old smelly pillows – not here!). The jacuzzi bath was powerful and relaxing. Also the air conditioning / heating was one of the best we have come across – easy to use. Turn the dial up or down for AC or heating that’s it and choose fan-level. The staff were exceptionally helpful and you felt it came from their heart. Even though we went over the New Year, the staff were so keen to see us happy. I therefore mention two receptionists: the smaller one with the red lipstick who rung us the night before to personally confirm our plans; and the other smiley lady who checked us out when we left. Thank you both for your help throughout our stay.

Cons: Parking the car! they might have mentioned the shutters to the car park will be closed and that the entrance looks like an delivery truck entrance. We had to ask another driver where it was and how to get in. But great news, the parking was half price for hotel guests - a great boon!

Pros: The accommodation was perfect. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and beautiful with the lights. We are definitely coming back when we are visiting France again in the future.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful...

Pros: The front desk was SO wonderful. I know maybe two sentences tops in French , primarily English speaking but they were so accommodating. Our bed was covering in roses, the jacuzzi was beyond lovely, the lighting options, bed comfort, blackout curtains. Just a perfect stay for Paris!

Cons: I wish I could have stayed longer! The road out front was under construction but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that! They even sent us a courtesy email to let us know!
