Cons: I booked two rooms a month ago and it's family room + deluxe double room. We have baby and kids and we hope can live next to each other. But they arranged us on different floor. When I checked in, the lady was very impolite and tried to pretend she can't understand English very well. If you can't understand, I don't think you deserve to stay on this place. She gave every room just ONE key, and I asked 2 keys for family room bcz we have 4 adult, they didn't want to give us even I said I can pay more money for the deposit. She told me bcz the key is not enough to use, do u think is it reasonable Finally, another lady who decided to give the key without pay. She didn't tell me anything about breakfast or swimming pool or any facility, I need to ask them by myself. The room is very big but nothing inside the room, even facial tissue. They have post and said, if you need the amenity, you can call them to request. Both of our room's phone is not working. We have kitchen and the pipe is not working, the water can't flow. They give us plate and bowl but no cleaner can use. Few days ago I was staying in another Kokotel, but unlike this one. They helped me a lot and very kindly. I am going to stay for two nights and just enter this hotel 2 hour, already make me want to move to another hotel. Not only I complained, another local Thai lady also very angry with this hotel because of the attitude. After I complained, the manager apologized for everything and also the staff say sorry to me. I found she even can speak Mandarin!! That's too too too funny. And the breakfast is very poor. With this price, I think I can find better place to stay in BKK.

Hotel with a kids play area..

Pros: Travelling with a 3 year old and getting to choose this was by far the best thing I did for the number of times I've been to Bangkok. Came for medical check at Bangkok Hospital, being walking distance and 7 eleven at the turn out was great. The floors had water dispensers and it was very convenient to have laundry/dryer on sixth floor. Couldn't have asked for more

Cons: A microwave in that kitchen would have made a huge difference. It even had the space for one.

Cons: 1. The bad attitude old lady at the reception on the night shift. She should stay at home than to stay at work and ruined the hotel reviews as she doesn't know how to work in a hospitality business. The way she communicate with us and another guests were unusual and she kept us waiting for the check in about half an hour. 2. The hotel is a chain hotel but in fact it was just an old apartment that renovated to a hotel. Old room, peeling wall, damage floor and warm AC. 3. Breakfast was a nightmare. Frozen food from 7-11 is much better than the breakfast from this hostel.

I recommend to stay here, but try to avoid ear here.

Cons: Kitchen. Breakfast wasnt tasty and a la carte menu was absolutely awful and overpriced. We ordered 4 dishes and all of them wasnt good.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean, the hotel had a fun slide and kid play area in the lobby, the breakfast was small but I liked that it didn't feel wasteful in anyway and still had options.

Cons: The kitchen area in the room was large but had no plates or utensils which seemed odd given the kitchen layout (large kitchen cabinets, etc). The breakfast had a few fruit flies. The pool (one of the reasons we picked this hotel) was freezing, so cold we could not enjoy it - plus you have to walk through the dining room to enter and exit the pool which is a little awkward. The location was not super walkable and the traffic was horrible.

Pros: Very silent location being off the main New Petchaburi road. Spacious room. Free common water server at each floor

Cons: The location of air conditioning unit is a bit far away from the main bed

Superb staff, shame about the location (if you are a tourist).

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room (family 2 bedroom) was really spacious and clean.

Cons: Location - you need to get a taxi to go anywhere, even to the closet Metro or BTS station. Traffic is horrendous, so getting around to sightsee was tricky. Breakfast was limited.
