Pros: My room was comfortable

Cons: Very dated, pool was not running, no microwave in my room, parking was sooo tight I got a nice big scratch on my truck due to parking being full and no space for people between cars, the rooms are not sound proof at all, I could hear the person next to me I’m assuming going to the washroom often, and tthe toilets flushing all night and screaming outside. Would have been nice to know the hotel was sold out I would have never booked. Costed me more to stay and fix the issues afterwards

Pros: The breakfast available was decent for taste, though pricing wasn't the greatest for the amount. There is not a wide selection for breakfast. The oatmeal was delicious and the Prairie Benny! The look of the hotel lobby was appropriate for location and accommodation at the entryway. The one thing that made sense is staying there as conference was next morning. Parking doesn't make sense for location, there needs to be more room for larger vehicles.

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and too harsh and not enough warmth with thin blanket provided. The room is too dry (I had two bloody noses from the air). The ventilation needs to be cleaned well The hair dryer sounded like it was going to burn out and needs to be checked for cleanliness and safe operation as it sparked. The facilities are not as easy to navigate, and accessibility is limited. The bathroom is very small and there needs to be safety slip mats or something in the shower tubs as falls are imminent. There should be a microwave to be able to heat leftovers from the restaurant downstairs, as the food doesn't come out hot. By the time you get to your room, it's freezing. More clear signage needs to be posted to determine exit points and directions to facilities. The next time we stay, we will stay across the street at Holiday Inn and walk over for an event if needed.

The best staff, but disappointing hotel.

Pros: The reception desk staff were the best ever encountered! Upbeat, knowledgeable, made arrangements easily, greeted me daily by name and always went the extra mile. There is a large work surface in room if you're there on business. (however, the lighting is poor) The fitness room is good and the bed is comfortable. The location worked for me as it was near my business dealings. Also, the hotel is kept nicely clean.

Cons: The rooms are a little spartan, especially for the price. My biggest complaint is that the evening restaurant is poor and not really a restaurant, but an extension of the bar. I picked this hotel for the convenience of indoor dining because of my tight business schedule. The first night I got there, there were about 5 people in the dining room. I ordered a Ceasar salad with shrimp and mushroom add-ons. While the wait-staff were lovely, it took 45 minutes for the salad to arrive. The shrimp and mushrooms had been fried and were swimming in a bowl of butter. Terrible food. I ordered room service breakfast the next morning to find out that it was mostly from an in-hotel Starbucks and the attendant was crazed and barely got a bag of food to me before I left. I then bought food from a nearby SuperStore only to have it partially frozen and ruined by an out-of-control small refrigerator. The television would periodically go off and had to be rebooted. I told the staff about this, but things didn't det fixed. Also, the handset on the in-room phone didn't work, so I used my cell phone every time I had to contact the front desk. The lighting is poor. especially if not all of your work is on a computer screen. To be fair, the front desk staff compensated me generously for all of the food issues. Loved the staff and cleanliness but would not stay there again.

Nice hotel, good staff, perfect for the conference we attended

Pros: We were there for a work conference, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was very good. The breakfast was very nice, probably one of the best lobster Benedicts Ive ever had. We had to take a Lyft to go downtown and to the larger mall as it was not walking distance, but for our purposes, the location was OK .

Cons: It was a good stay Probably not the best hotel if I were a tourist looking to be in the in the heart of everything

Pros: We were there for a work conference, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was very good.
