Pros: Great price for a stop over for some sleep during travel

Cons: No breakfast facilities Im a light sleeper and the noice from the motorway was really loud so didnt get much sleep Creeking floor and banging around from the people above was really loud which kept my little girls up We was on the first floor which is pet friendly and there was a dog who kept barking

Cons: Evening reception staff rude Facilities old and tired. Missing tiles from bathroom, bed rolled away from the wall, no decaf coffee No reception staff in the morning till 2pm!

Major safety Issue - water...

Pros: Not alot of positives to say for our stay here as we had a major issue of water coming through the ceiling passing through an electic ceiling fan.

Cons: We arrived at the property on Sunday afternoon and were told the card machine was down. We waited for about 20 minutes and eventually they managed to check us in. We were given the keys to our room which was Number 6. The room was a bit tired but was ok for our needs. After returning from supper we were sat on our bed and heard someone taking a shower. It was so loud that we thought it was in our bathroom. When my husband went to look there was water pouring through the ceiling and dripping down off the electric ceiling fan. We were frightened that we would get an electric shock so promtly went to reception to get it sorted. The receptionist said she could n`t do anything and would have to call the duty manager. After waiting for about 3/4 hour he eventually arrived. He didn`t know what to do so had to call his manager. There were no rooms available to move us into, so we had to be moved into a room that had been closed off to guest because it had a problem. This one had a toilet that didn`t flush. We demanded a refund which we eventually got but needless to say we won`t be returning again.

Cons: The air vent cover was missing in my window so it made the motorway noise even louder and my room was cold before I got the heater on as a result

Pros: We had travelled up from Cornwall and the traffic was horrendous so pulled into strensham and booked a room and the staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us including telling us about the money voucher for use in the services

Cons: Noisy older couple who kept saying goodnight to the night staff for about 5 minutes
