    Perfect

    Pros: I recommend the ocean view king/pool view room me and my boyfriend got the best view and I think they are the new rooms. Seems like the people who got the inside like rooms were saying there room wasn’t as nice.

    Pros: Nice swimming pool and connection to the beach with chairs for hotel guest. Clean rooms.
    Cons: Staff wasn't very helpfull. It was my boyfriends 30th birthday during our stay, I asked if they could help me with a surprise/decorations, they didn't offer anything.. Prices of drinks on the menu at the pool weren't up to date. Breakfest room looked very unattractive, food as well (we didn't try it though).

    The beach was nice!

    Cons: Doors slamming by staff all day long starting at 7 am. Staff in hallways constantly on walkie talkies with the volume all the way up. Neighboring rooms are noisy. We had adjoining rooms and someone was always trying to open the door between the rooms by shaking the handle and pulling on it. One guy said he thought it was a closet. Windows whistling in the wind. Very loud place. Beds are comfortable and lots of pillows! Unfortunately the pool was cold.

    Pros: Location and beach
    Cons: I was given a room with a broke TV they are trying to charge me for. I checked in and dropped luggage off in room headed back to beach. Came back to shower couldn't get in room because of "card access error". They gave someone else my room and access.

    Wonderful

    Pros: Close to everything and right at the back door of the beach/ ocean. Very beautiful view and quick access to the beach.
    Cons: Rooms a little small. Overall the stay was great.

    Great short walk to beach...

    Pros: The beach entry.
    Cons: The largest dip of all time in the beds... the food, waitstaff and overall look of building (needs more attention) TV- couldn't get it to work. Had to watch Netflix. Asked for towels had to go down ans get them. Paid extra for four people yet we only got 2 beach chairs per room. But we booked a 4 person stay ND Paid for each person. Check in was tue absolute best. She was a doll! Vending machines don't work. Found one but the $8 water and yet ate 3 dollars before taking 8 more for a drink. Customer service just wasn't there. They didn't care about you or your stay. Ordered drinks and food at outside bar. Says they are open at 11 but gal in there just stood around and told people at noon she would start tKing orders. Then we waited about 45 minutes to get the food only to be wrong and then she asked me if I wanted the shrimp tacos instead of the Mahi tacos that I paid for. I said no. She got upset since I had taken a bite. Then they add tips already. Which just leads to bad service.
