Amazing!

Pros: All of the staff was very nice, the restaurant looked nice and affordable but we just stopped in for a drink before the beach and never got to try it but the lady who served us was so nice! We got there very late like 12am and went to the beach and around 5am went looking for food it was honestly silly of us to be out at 5am nothing was open even thought it said places were basically if you get in late make sure you door dash or something and I wouldn’t walk around at night it was safe like nothing actually happened but there are a lot of ppl in the area who are homeless. I want to make it clear tho during the day you still see a few but they really are nice ppl and don’t bother you and it’s mostly tourist and ppl that live and work in the area and you honestly won’t even care at allllll once you go to that ocean do not let the negatives confuse you that beach to me and my friend was more relaxing and pretty then Miami south beach it had cute little shops with jewelry and stuff for cheap too and the hotel gives you the same chairs that the other beach is gonna charge you 20$ a chair for the good ones!! I could go on and on about the positives honestly for me I almost left the first night but we stayed and in the morning we loved it we only used to room to get ready and sleep I mean for that price and that beach and you can not beat it! I’m not hard to please and one last thing that hotel smells so good lolll idk who cleans it but it’s like overwhelmingly good lolll!

Cons: I genuinely had no problems I literally am going back there multiple times a year because you can’t beat that price and that location .. I usually pick stays that are more like 1000 for 3 nights but my friend wanted to save money so I found this place and honestly I’ll still do the more expensive places too I travel a lot but not that I know a set place I really love and it’s cheap I’m really going to! I just had a great time in Miami and I can’t wait to go back!!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and we were upgraded to a better room with a view of the ocean with no additional charge. The beach was right outside the door. It was quiet and clean.

Cons: The building is old and could use an upgrade. There is construction around the building, and it will be nice when it is all done.

Cons: When you check in you get told your not actually staying in this hotel but an old abandoned looking building round the corner. I had to lug my suitcase out of the hotel, round the corner and up 3 flights of stairs as the lift is broken also. The bathroom was dirty so I felt like I couldn't take a shower. Found what looked like blood in the bath and went and told front desk and he assured me 'oh no it's just MOULD? Yeah don't worry it's just toxic mould that made me feel better. Tbh I think the staff look like they are numb to complaints at this point as they must get so many. I guarantee if you book a room here you will regret it.

Nice Location But Bad Timing

Pros: The location near the beach, parking and near restaurants. The room was comfortable, but wished it was cleaned at least once when we requested it. Instead , we were told that it is only cleaned after 3 days, which was basically the length of our stay.

Cons: Besides that we couldn't get our room cleaned, there was a lot of construction going on outside the hotel, but even worse we would have to pass by a large alleyway where the dumpsters were to get to the front entrance of the hotel every time, which ofcourse smelled and were home to critters, and it was also a big eye sore...not something I was expecting. Additionally, we had to stay in front of the hotel where the construction was happening in the background in order to get chairs. It was loud and we had to walk further to come back around in front of the beach (after having passed all the construction).

The trip was fun but...

Pros: The property was at a great location since we had the beach. The people were very kind and helpful

Cons: They had roaches in some rooms, also their elevator was not working which was terrible because we had to take several flights of stairs . I think they need to do renovations that way they can stay in business.

Cons: The room was poorly furnished and the bathroom in need of modernizing and a coat of paint. There was not even a plastic disposable cup with which to clean ones teeth. I had to lean into the sink and try to lap up the water trickling out of the faucet! Pathetic it would cost nothing. No phone in room to call front desk, Not even a card showing which numbers on the TV referred to which channel. Did not appear to have CNN which probably most overseas guests would like. Sheets were slightly damp. I suspect that they had not been dried properly. Elevator not working.Paint peeling (room 205 in the adjacent property) One night was more than enough!

Pros: Right next to the beach. Small and adorable bar and taco restaurant in the hotel.

Cons: It’s old. The other reviews aren’t far off with the rust in bathroom and they just painted crumbling walls. It is under construction. But honestly at night there is security guard cause of the construction. Which is nice!!!

Pros: NADA. NOTHING!! This place is a SCAM. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Theirs best room is worst than a prison, the whole thing is TERRIBLE. Is not even the right location they send you to a different place. EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE to the point we left. There were cockroaches and it smelled horrible didn’t even want to sit on the beds. Completely UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!
