Pros: The people are extremely friendly, the shuttle pick up is really fast, check-in is quick, the room is extremely clean, and the towels are soft.

Pros: The location and how big the room was. I made a mistake upon booking and the front desk guy offered us an upgrade (with additional fees ofcourse!) The room was spacious and just what we needed since we were travelling with an infant.

Cons: The breakfast area was a little small. But Im glad we can just get breakfast & bring it to our room! Get breakfast early too! The parking spots are a little limited especially if you get back late at the end of the day.

Pros: One of the CLEANEST and most well appointed rooms we've stayed. The room had every amenity we needed. Despite being next to a major freeway, the room was also very quite. The location was perfect for an early morning departure from Hobby. Highly recommend!

Cons: I didnt like that on my second day which was on Sunday morning . The managed harassed me several times on phone, sent the front agent lady to disturb my sleep and worst still, he even threatened to call security to drive me out of my paid room which was poor service. I paid online to extend my day to Monday and requested to continue with my current room and the guy at front desk accepted and the next morning. They realized I was suppose to sign a paper and they forgot to ask me to sign last night when I notified them that I have extended my day to one more night in other to rest. I agreed but was so tired and told them that I will come down as soon as I can. The next thing the lady came and bang on my door demanding I follow her downstairs but I calmly told her my feet hurt that I will come down shortly. They embarrassed me like I was lodging for free when I paid over $300 USD for the 3 days . After she left, I got a call from the man called manager threatening to throw me out and call up security if I dont come down this minute. When I came down and requested to see him and he refused to come out knowing exactly what he did and didnt want me to see his face.
