Cons: Staff dont make you feel welcomed. They look miserable. Hotel halls look and smell bad. Like Something out of a horror movie.

Location near city center, but slightly sketchy.

Pros: I liked that there was a mini fridge and microwave in my room. The range/oven was a little strange. Lol. Continental breakfast was sufficient.

We will not stay here again thanks to the sewer line leaking on your head and no-one taking responsibility.

Cons: The hotel is older and you can tell they have done some repairs, the carpet in the hallway is nasty the doors to the room could use a good coat of paint. The breakfast was microwave stuff. Room was very bare. Only had 1 night stand between the beds. The last night we stayed (we only stayed Friday and Saturday) the vent in the bathroom started leaking. The vent was over our toilet. (I found out the hard way). I noticed it was when the upstairs flushed their toilet. I did not complain that night, it was late and I didnt realize it was sewer till the next morning when it had leaked throughout the night hitting the toilet seat and in the bowl. The water was brown. When we went down to speak to someone (615am) we were told that the manager would be in at 7am. We were told we could call since I was ready to get out of there. I had to clean up the bathroom before my daughter could use it. I called about 8:30am was told the manager went on a walk and he would be back at some point!! I called again this time it was around 11am and was told the manager just left and since it was Sunday, the man on the phone said he wasnt sure if the manager was coming back. There was a different story each time I called. This man ask me what my problem was. I told him about the leak and that was nasty. He made up some excuse and told me I could call back Monday and hopefully the manager would be there. I called still no manager to talk too by this time Im tired of the run around. Needless to say I still have NOT got to talk to a manager and I waited to write this review to see what the outcome was going to be. A few dollars off would have been ok, but not avoiding customers who have a valid reason to complain. Will not be staying here again.

Pros: Very clean. The room was big and spacious.

Cons: The breakfast was very basic. Expected waffles more fruit options.

Pros: The room had been remodeled and was a good size for me. The hotel will be nice when they finish renovation of the hall ways.

Cons: There was an empty space in the room when you entered and no chairs or loveseat to sit on. So either sat on bed or computer chair

The property was not clean
