Pleasant enough

Pros: Grounds were beautiful. Pool was warm and comfortable. Golf course grounds are very well maintained, staff was pleasant, pro shop cashier was very knowledgeable and informative.

Cons: Some of the linens were dingy and had micro cuts in them. Pool did not have food or drink service, and pool bar was closed. With the exception of the ground floor, walkways were in need of serious cleaning. I know the hotel is one of the oldest in the city, but the value to price, is as not worth it.

Pros: I was given the wrong room type, but the Supervisor on duty was able to resolve it satisfactorily.

Cons: Interesting layout and a little difficult to navigate without the map provided during check-in

Pros: It is in downtown Chandler and walking distance to one of our favorite golf courses.

Handy location for the event...

Pros: Large room with good amenities and powerful AC

Cons: Furnishings were worn. Bathroom floor was streaky and didn’t seem clean. Outdoor space was funky, with sprinklers constantly watering non-existent grass. Patio area was dirty and unpleasant and on ground floor next to street.

Pros: Friendly lobby staff and room service staff. Great location and hotel meals were very good!

Cons: Didn’t like to go outside in bad weather to go to lobby snd hotel restaurant

Pros: Breakfast was mediocre. Location was ok. Poor drainage as it was pouring rain and had to walk thru deep puddles to get to our room. The buildings are in disrepair. Pillows were all very big and hard, no variety. All in all its ok, but doesn't measure up to the reputation....
