We were looking forward to...

Pros: The location was excellent.

Cons: The room presentation was very poor, hard squeaky bed, filthy broken windows, mouldy bathroom seals, curtains falling off rods. Room smelt very unpleasant during our six day stay. Nervous to use air conditioner as the air filter mechanism was missing from the front, air conditioner looked very dusty inside. The room we were given was a total misrepresentation of the advertisement on Booking.com . The public bar areas as advertised in the photo are derelict now and the all the public toilets were closed with extremely filthy mats and signage at the entrances. We were asked to pay an additional $250 deposit on arrival, until our departure. Id be delighted to send comparison photos. I was totally shocked upon arrival. The room service each day was good, thankfully. Very limited television viewing. Staff sullen. We will be checking any future bookings very carefully before we commit with booking.com.

Pros: Room was massive, 3 beds for a solo traveller. Staff were all kind and efficient.

Cons: Rundown. Looks like it was once grand. Dodgy looking folk laid outside. Door was locked and had to wait for reception staff to buzz you in, they were lovely and efficient.

Awesome except for the hot...

Pros: The location is quite central to move around to the other restaurants n cafes n train station etc. Lucky the lady clerk was able to extend my last day stay for another hour as my flight was at 3.40pm. The chambermaids were hardworking n take in my request to change new towels.

Cons: Maybe can lighten the main doors as it is difficult to pull it open as so tight especially if u have 1 hand trying to open it.

Ideal for a short overnight...

Pros: CBD. Very clean!!

Cons: No cold water coming from faucet in the bathroom. At all.

Cons: No WiFi in room Windows were filthy. Pointed this out to staff. They said only cleaned once a year Stair Carpets were a hazard No tables or chairs in the reception/lobby area

Pros: A great location, and good budget price. Very basic, but clean and comfortable

Cons: The reception guy was emotionless and was so engrossed in his phone he didn't notice us walk in.

Pretty good

Pros: I traveled to Perth from Sydney and only booked a room for one night. Due to Labor Day, the hotel was full and I had no place to stay. I had to go to the hotel one day in advance to store my luggage. The staff was kind enough to help me and asked if I could still stay. He helped me make inquiries when there were available rooms, and finally helped me book the last room. Thank you very much to this employee!

Cons: The only drawback is that the room has a bit of a smell.
