Very Good

It was quite good, I had stayed there previously so I know the property. I would stay again.

Pros: Whilst the bathroom in room 222 was small, it was functional, with a great shower.

Cons: Disappointed there was no restaurant open when I got back at 7pm. Didnt feel like going out, some basic food availability would have been nice.

Pros: Location was good! Staff friendly. Overall and ok stay for the room & reception staff.

Cons: I didnt like that the cleaners had wedged our bedroom door open whilst cleaning another room 20 metres down the hall. All of our belongings were on show and unattended. We were lucky nothing was stolen. Not only that we did not have ANYTHING on our door to say we wanted our room serviced. I also did not receive an apology or written communication back from my complaint.

Did not stay as the rude employee wanted my son to prove his identification and kept blaming your bo

Cons: I tried to ring reception, but the telephone cut out. I was referred to the booking agency. who did not say anything about identification, but when my son attended demanded identification. in my subsequent conversation with reception, I was told it was policy and I should take the matter up with the booking agent i was virtually forced to use. I pointed out to the very uncooperative receptionist that the booking agent was agent for the hotel and the hotel as principal held responsibility. She merely repeated the hotel's alleged policy. The hotel took and kept the money I paid. My son was homeless for the night. You cannot expect a good review when your staff adopt an arrogant and approach with no care for the person who needs a bed for a night.
