An awful place with unhappy and rude staff

Pros: There was nothing to like, an overcrowded hostel with a hostile member of staff. I moved to a nearby hotel paying an additional 20 euros, and wxperinced wxcellent customer service and comfort.. I chose cressy for all the good reviews, but I was shocked with my experience, and this was similar to what other guests were saying. Do not go there

Cons: Its just terrible honestly, the room said it only hd 4 people and when i arrived it was actually 5 beds. The staff is strange, they called me and texted me senseless stuff at 12 at night after my stay, very strange. It is a theft. Super expensive for what it is. The building and the rooms are ugly and not very clean

Pros: Bagi is a great host. Even tho late he received me with great service and polightness. Very efficient and always trying to solve whatever issues. Everything very clean. Will come back here for sure.

Cons: When I got to the hotel they said the taxes wasn't income, the air conditioning wasn't included have to pay separately, was at 5th floor and the elevator if they dont closed up there I didn't get at first floor, I have to scream and yell to getting the elevator.
