    Pros: The location and the bed was comfortable
    Cons: Dirty, old and run down, the lock on the door was broken and the key hole had icky tissue shoved into it.

    Good for a nights rest, clean, good value.

    Pros: Good value for a nights rest. Room and bedding were clean. Large room with table and chairs, heat worked well. Not fancy, but good for a nights rest.
    Cons: I really cant complain for $45 I was happy with my stay; however my room could use some maintenance. Bathroom fan hanging below ceiling, smoke detector coming off wall, broken window with temporary repair.

    Clean and comfortable.

    Pros: This is a basic, no frill motel offering a clean, quiet, comfortable stay for a very reasonable cost. We will definitely stay there again.
    Cons: For what we paid, it met our expectations. If we wanted fancier, we would have expected to pay more. It was good value.

    Cons: Wet pee stains under the covers in one bed. The fire alarm started chirping no in the middle of the night and I have to take it off the wall and put b it outside. I was offered a 5$ discount.

    Pros: I love the old school motel style. The rooms are large and roomy and clean with microwave, fridge and good heater/A/C. It is not luxury if that is what you are looking for. It offers great rates, is pet friendly and has always been available. The staff is nice.

    Great value.

    Pros: The room is a bit old and outdated but is big and was pretty clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. The location was very convenient for us, we stayed for just one night since we were traveling from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City. We recommend it, the cost-benefit is excellent.

    We were just looking for a place to stay for the night while we were driving back home. The price is good .

    Pros: Booking 15 minutes before our arrival on Christmass night
    Cons: Very cold and the air conditioner was so loud the whole night blowing and didnt let me sleep

    Not worth the even the low rate we paid.

    Pros: It was warmer than outside .
    Cons: No water in the room when we went in. Card key didn't work . Water in room shut off before we went to bed. Cold air came in through gap between door frame and wall .

    After initial snafu, our stay was pleasant and the room was nice and clean.

    Pros: The room was clean and good-sized, everything worked. The rates were reasonable, including the rate for our two small dogs.
    Cons: When we arrived, nobody was in the office. On our second try, we were able to reach the owner on the phone and he arrived about 20 minutes later. Apparently, an employee had left unexpectedly creating scheduling problems. It would have been good to have a notice at the front door saying when the owner would be back. After a long drive, we were really looking forward to resting up, and it was a bit disturbing not knowing why nobody was in the office.
