    Very Good

    Pros: Location location location. the view was amazing! Room was clean! Loved the privacy & quiet.
    Cons: It was hard to get extra towels & towels for the beach tp was minimal. shower was great, some days it was a trickle wouldve loved a toaster The kitchen sink didnt work and it said complementary water and that was not the case. Restaurant/bar was closed?

    Exceptional

    Pros: Chose this hotel while recovering from surgery. Loved spaciousness and large walk-in shower.
    Cons: I like everything about this hotel. Would recommend a microwave and small tea kettle

    Poor

    Pros: The location is perfect. Room was very clean, bed and pillow very comfortable. Fridge was provided which is great. The breakfast did taste nice. Grounds looked clean also.
    Cons: Waited 2hrs after checkin time for room,AC leaked all night,only got 1 towel &had to request wash rags &extra towel, got towel but only 1 rag,no floor mat in bathroom.Kitchen closed at 4pm so no dinner, waited over an hour after ordering to get breakfast.

    Very Poor

    The grounds need updating, the safe in the room wasn't functional, there was no hot water, the beach was littered with trash, customer service was lousy, and there were a group of men on the beach that harrassed me every time my fiancee wasn't in sight.

    Pros: The original art in the front office was beautiful. There is a lifelike painting of Bob Marley that took my breath away.
    Cons: Hotel had no record of my payment at arrival, charged me twice, then later admitted they had charged me a month prior and refunded my card. They didn't apologize or make up for the stress or inconvenience at all. They gave me my key in silence.
