Pros: The hotel bar was nice and the staff there were kind.

Cons: There were no functioning outlets next to the bed. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The bathroom shower/tub was a little filthy, and the drain stopper didn't work.

Pros: Great location for Windsor and the attractions. Easy parking and value for money. The staff were friendly and happy to help.

Pros: The stuff is extremely friendly, the room and the hotel clean. Room are of great size with good amenities.

Cons: The location. Only place reachable on foot is Slough and not its best part. Anywhere else needs to be reached out by uber/taxy. For the same reason, no supermarket is available nearby

Cons: The rooms were basic and old. The food was terrible, microwaved and fried. The pool you were charged for, and it was disgusting. Empty plastic bottles in the pool area and changing rooms. The list of rules was so long, I couldnt even make out if we were aloud to swim. Yeah ok, its not the ritz, but have some pride. Honestly wouldnt stay here again

Great family friendly hotel

Pros: Our second visit after a day at legoland and just as great as the first time. Rooms comfortable and clean and soundproof. Literally less than 10mins from legoland. Family friendly. Kids loved the pool and hottub. The evening all you can eat buffet wasnt available this year due to a private booking hiring it but the bar menu, al la carte and the indian cuisine were more than enough and actually worked out cheaper than the buffet. Enough choice for all taste buds. Breakfast was a full selection and again excellent food and staff as helpful and friendly as before. Worth noting for new travellers that the parking is charged extra, as is the swimming pool so add another 22.50 to your room rate when considering it if you want these facilities. Still works out a good family room price and we will definitely use again.

Cons: Everything from the point of check in at 3p to all miss information that the hotel had certain amenities but it was not true. no shuttle not even with an additional charge, the spa was never mentioned that you had to pay extra for it., etc.

Cons: They do NOT have airport shuttle. That was the main reason we booked this hotel and they did not have shuttle as advertised!

Pros: The presentation of the room itself was fine.

Cons: The bathroom, bath tub had lost few enamel pieces, therewere left over soap scum left in the integrated soap holders. The bathroom door from the inside had not pretty to see holes in and on it , actually, that would be were the bathrobe can be hanged, instead there're were villain holes.. quiet deceiving..... the bath towels were different from each other and were absolutely not looking fresh. You could clearly see spot of dirt on the bathroom bin ... God sake , very disgusting..... Immediately upon entrance in the room , at the door when you look up , to the ventilation system, oh my God is very insulting, disrespectful, disgusting and finally unacceptable that the ventilation system front area is soooo dirty , completely blocked , covered in many years of dust and dirt. This need to cleaned with the hoover nose at least every 2 weeks , and a deep cleaning twice a year. The bath tube should be repaired, by just applying some enamel repair paint on the concerned areas, I don't think that would cost Billions to the hotel. And Copthorn hotel should stop offering rooms that has any non pretty hugly holes of any kinds and sort , to customers is disrespectful, unprofessional and nothing to do with genuine hospitality. Throughout my stay at the hotel, I didn't have access to Internet WiFi , which was included in my choosen room, if I didn't have my own WiFi , I would have stayed at the hotel completely cut off. The Wi-Fi connection was nowhere to be found in the WiFi menu, that was the strange thing , definitely I do not recommend this hotel at all. Probably a case of, you get what you paid for!!!
