    It had a great location...

    Pros: The location was perfect it's right by the water we were able to walk and enjoy alot of the beauty that downtown Kingston has to offer.
    Cons: The breakfast was not great we were given a box that contained 2 hardboiled eggs, a juice box, a yogurt cup , cheese, and a muffin.

    Disappointing

    Very disappointing!

    Pros: The view was beautiful!
    Cons: The sheets had rips in . And our 15 year old daughter was approached in the lobby by a much much older man, touched on the shoulder and told she had nice legs, in front of security who said nothing!

    In general the hotel meets...

    Pros: The location is in the middle of downtown and can see the scenery of the lake. Very convenient. Breakfast is distributed in boxes, one box per person.
    Cons: Rooms need better renovation, some chargers are not functioning; should also inform people parking needs extra charge

    Like: Location, Staff, Room |...

    Pros: Location is great Staff was prompt and helpful, always Room and beds were clean and spacious
    Cons: Had to pay extra for parking - this should have been included in the price paid There was no breakfast buffet like we've enjoyed at every other hotel - the breakfast was fixed menu served in a box The bathroom should have a latch for better privacy

    Pros: It was clean, cheap and amazing staff that were very helpful and knowledgeable.
    Cons: Everything was amazing, but some variety for breakfast would have been a much better experience.

    Outstanding. Location is smack downtown....

    Pros: THE STAFF. We are musicians and work odd hours. While we weren't overly loud, we did stay up late and our neighbours had to be up early. Your staff was so incredible in sorting this out amicably, finding us a space we could chat freely and everyone could be comfortable. I forget the name of the gentleman at the front desk- but he worked from the 17th-18th overnight. He was INCREDIBLY KIND. I can't say enough, so accommodating, understanding for everyone, and just a positive attitude that made it feel like he really enjoyed his job and was just a good hearted person.
    Cons: The rooms could be better insulated for noise. In my instance I was the guest that was staying up late but I can totally understand 9-5's or families finding it hard if there is young people staying there at the same time.

    Pros: My rooms were great. Great location
    Cons: The price was high. Didn’t get a discount because I was staying because my husband had heart surgery. Had to change rooms in the middle of my stay. Didn’t not enjoy breakfast. If I payed attention to the price of $300. For sat I would of drove home.

    A great place to stay...

    Pros: Very clean and spacious for 6 people. We really loved the stay ! The staff was really nice !
    Cons: The only thing I can say is that I think it’s sad to have so much plastic things for the breakfast. It’s not really eco friendly.

    Pros: Perfect location in downtown Kingston by the water front. Close to all amenities
    Cons: Very dated. The facility could use updating. Breakfast was a boxed prepared type.
